If you're a Muslim girl in your 20s - this is your reminder to focus on the right things.
1. Set boundaries and learn to say no.
Not everything and everyone deserves access to your time, energy or heart.
2. Build a strong and consistent relationship with the Quran.
You'll never feel truly lost when you keep His words close.
3. Gain Islamic knowledge - you're the one who'll pass it on to your future children, in sha Allah.
Start now, even if it's just one hadith a week.
4. Start journaling.
It helps you manage emotions, get clarity, and stop overthinking things that don't even matter.
5. Learn your rights and obligations in marriage.
Preparation brings confidence. You deserve to be informed, not just hopeful.
6. Take care of your body.
It's your amana. Move it, hydrate it, nourish it. Especially during your cycle.
7. Fix your sleeping schedule.
Early sleep = better Fajr, better energy, better mood, better life.
Start with one. Stay consistent. Your future self will thank you.

[حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ]
"Allah (Alone) is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs (for us)"
–Surah Al ‘Imran (3:173)
In the event of fear and anxiety one should seek the help of Allah and frequently recite this ayah of the glorious Qur’an
Ibn ‘Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) said: When (Prophet) Ibraheem(عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم) was thrown into the fire, he said: “Allah (Alone) is sufficient for us, and, He is the Best Disposer of affairs.” So did Messenger of Allah, Muhammad (ﷺ), when he was told: “A great army of the pagans had gathered against him, so fear them”. But this (warning) only increased him and the Muslims in Faith and they said: “Allah (Alone) is sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs (for us)”. [Al-Bukhari].
Hak Teâlâ bu dünyaya lâşey/hiç adını veriyor, sense onun tuzağına düşmeye adeta can atıyorsun! Sen daha ne zamana kadar şu dünya için tasalanacaksın? Sen cılız bir binek hayvanı olarak kaldığın sürece, elbette bu lâşeyi kendine lâyık bulacaksın!
