I wasn't expecting Jade Shadows: Constellations to be a spiritual successor to Isleweaver, but it really is, down to:
* the experiment that the Indifference is running in Operator and Drifter
"Two identical souls raised in such different environments. Haven't you figured it out yet? You're fascinating."
* the theme that the Indifference particularly attacks the bonds between families.
The Orphan snarled up at her. "You can't bear it, can you? Anything good, anything wholesome, even the bond between a parent and child! You corrupt it all!"
[...]
"I don't corrupt their love. I don't have to. It was broken when I found it."
"STOP!"
The Queen took a deep, nostalgic drag on her Efervon inhaler. Lungs that were no longer lungs spasmed in austere delight. "The same crack runs through everything, kiddo," she explained. "You want to deny it, that's on you."

Howdy! It's been a hot minute since I've showcased some of my work here, and I figured: why not show more weird little guys? I talked about this guy briefly at Tennocon 2025, and after the infested boyband, he was admittedly a bit of a breath of fresh air. I had made a comment at Tennocon that I unwittingly ended up animating all the floating guys, but i lost my train of thought (STREAMS ARE SCARY). I meant to talk about how I loved creating the way I animate their deaths, which is to let them fall apart.

Twice now, Love has been compared with nuclear physics. The first time is when Albrecht addresses us in The Hex:
"Our only means of escape... our only hope to contain this horror I have created... will require a spark of energy rare in this timeline. You know what this means."
The obvious assumption here is that he means nuclear fission. But why be cryptic about that? Because that's actually not what he means. Or rather, that is not the ONLY answer. The "Nuclear Option" seems to be a perfectly viable one (by Albrecht's own words) when we have our first go through 1999 and The Hex all die.
Albrecht, in his love for beating around the bush and dragging people kicking and screaming into the truth, teaches us the hard way that there is another option. Love.
I think that Love in the reality of Warframe isn't just empathizing and reconciling with Wally. It is a literal, physical fundamental force of physics no different than the all mighty Atom.
