So my hand kinda slipped... but here is my gift for @almightybuttcheeks for this year’s secret santa! I’ve been loving the idea of Karin as a quincy lately, and with the everything but the rain episodes airing, I’ve been kinda in an angsty mood. Plus, it’s been raining near me a lot haha!
Happy holidays, and I hope you enjoy!!
Summary:
It’s an all too familiar yell. Short, yet powerful. And in a slight fumble he’s glad no one saw, Hitsugaya Toshiro skids to an abrupt stop. Below is Kurosaki Karin, doing exactly what he feared. The hollow turns to face her, and before he can move a muscle, Kurosaki Karin does the unthinkable. There’s practiced ease in how she draws the bow before her. The blue glow from the weapon bounces off the falling raindrops illuminating her in a soft, glow. The combination of raindrops and light puts the milky way in her long, jet-black hair. Her ethereal features are opposite to the bow currently in her grasp. One the captain has seen slaughter and crumble the soul society before. He had never thought Karin was weak, but now, he can’t look away from the powerful weapon she wielded with comfort. The weapon of a Quincy. The weapon of an enemy.
Kurosaki Karin was devastatingly beautiful.
I was thinking Orihime's poem suited Ichigo's parents.
