The left is a @coltfirearms 1911A1 dated to 1943 and the right is a custom 1911A1 manufactured by @auto_ordnance and is called the “I Stand.” The “I Stand” was made in respect to the men and women who serve, and to those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country only to be disrespected by specific people who don’t agree with our President by kneeling during the National Anthem. I absolutely loved that @auto_ordnance came out with this tribute as a big 🖕🏻 to those particular disrespectful “protesters.” So, thank you, @auto_ordnance. . 75 years ago today, the brave men fighting in Iwo Jima, hoisted Old Glory atop Mount Suribachi.
