Answering your question, I like to imagine it literally being a rat, but was also a demon and standed on two legs. Barbatos may have a thing for furries, but I have not thought it out too much so far.

Barbatos three dicks represent the past, present, future. The past one is forever stuck in a boner position with crusty cum covering it. The present one is a big one, with a turquoise vein wrapping around it tightly. And honestly the future one is kinda wimpy looking.
