Doesn’t matter if it’s Bialetti or Alessi or any other brand, if it’s a Neapolitan one that you have to turn around, if it’s one with an electric plate - as long as it’s a moka and works like a moka. It also doesn’t matter if you use it or not - as long as you have one somewhere at home
