Eczema / Dermatitis Itch Eraser!

I have really sensitive skin.  It’s so sensitive that it irritates itself.  

For now, I’m working on two problems I have consistently: eczema and dermatitis.  It itches like fire, but of course every doctor will tell you, “Don’t scratch it!”  Which isn’t the most annoying advice at all.

I’ve found that this blend calms & soothes the itch, and combined with a gentle moisturizer, I can manage flare up rather than being overwhelmed by it. 

In a roller bottle, throw together:

- 6 drops Lavender oil

- 4 drops Helichrysum oil

- 2 drops Melaleuca (Tea Tree) oil

- Fill the rest with Fractionated Coconut Oil (or whatever carrier oil you use)

Admittedly, this oils are heavily diluted.  But if we’re dealing with sensitive or irritated skin, it makes sense to be gentle.  Apply on affected areas whenever you feel like itching or scratching!

*Just a note - most skin blends recommend a lot of Melaleuca or Tea Tree oil (different names, same tree), but it can be drying and irritating to my skin, even when it’s diluted.  So I went really light on the Melaleuca, but do whatever works best for you!

You seem good with people things please help! So one of my good friends likes (like 'like likes') me, I might like her, she doesn't know that I know that she likes me, I don't know what to do or if I should do anything at all? (ps I love your blog don't listen to anon hate)

yo right so

first off, figure out if you like her the same way, because if not, you dont wanna  go for something with someone who likes you in that way - you’re only gonna end up hurting you both

secondly, work out a way of telling her you know/getting her to tell you. you could say that you just simply noticed, or ask her to like, ice cream or to lunch or something :3
