Protection Anointing Oil

apply to doors and windows to create a ward which will protect against unwanted guests

1 oz of base oil (I used almond oil because it was what I had, but research says Castor oil is best for protection and absorbing negativity)

10 drops of tea tree essential oil

6 drops of cedar essential oil

1 drop lemongrass

1 pinch of black salt

combine and shake

My younger self would be so fucking happy that she grew up weird, witchy, and proud of it. Never would I have imagined that I would suggest crystals to coworkers to maybe help bring some oomph to their goals. It’s slow but I’m becoming more open in my actual life about magic and that’s amazing and beautiful. There’s not enough time in the world to live being anything other than your most authentic self.

Rowan Méadhbh’s Banishing Oil

Whether you want to be rid of spirits, energies, or people, Rowan Méadhbh’s Banishing Oil is a good, all-round solution. It can be used in rites and rituals, dabbed on surfaces, used to anoint toois, or be added to a wash or spray (please be safe if you do this).

*DISCLAIMER: if you have pets in your household, do not use this oil in places or ways that may put them at risk, e.g., do not use in a spray, floor wash, or on anything they may be able to reach.

INGREDIENTS:

The amounts listed below will yield 30ml of oil at a dilution of 3% - please read [this post] on safety when blending oils for more information on safe dilution percentages. 

Amber dropper jar. 

Castor oil - 30ml.

Black pepper (essential oil) - 6 drops.

Mugwort (essential oil) - 6 drops.

Sage (essential oil) - 6 drops.

A pinch of dried Sage.

A pinch of Chilli or Cayenne pepper.

Obsidian chips.

MAKING YOUR OIL BLEND:

Using a small funnel, put 30ml of Castor oil into your amber dropper jar. 

Add your essential oils one by one, ensuring that you put the lid of the jar and shake vigorously to mix the oils. 

You can then add your dried Sage and Obsidian chips. 

Make sure that you focus on the intent of this oil as you craft it. Imbue it with banishing energy and make sure your intent for this mixture is known.

🔮 Oil Blend for Divination and Reflection 🔮

You will need a 10 ml bottle and a diffuser oil.

4 drops of jasmine for intuition, to increase psychic power, and to promote prophetic dreams

4 drops of lavender for calmness and wisdom

4 drops of sandalwood for meditation and spirituality

2 drops of peppermint for psychic awareness

Wear on your wrists and/or pulse points when doing divination work or meditation. Please make sure you do a skin test before using any essential oils on yourself to make sure you’re not allergic!

🕯️🌹🌹VIRGIN OF GUADALUPE OIL 🌹🌹🙏

RECIPIE & RITUAL

RECIPIE:

Extra Virgin olive oil is the base (I mean obvi)

Rosemary essential oil - 33 drops (God the Son)

Myrhh essential oil - 33 drops (God the Holy spirit)

Frankincense essential oil - 33 drops (God the Father)

ROSE absolute essential oil - let it drop while you pray a hail Mary (This is THE marian flower and her absolute fav)

Hardware:

Clean bottle to hold oil blend

3 white candles (Anointed for the holy trinity)

A large yellow, red, white or pink Guadalupe candle

Herbs to burn as an offering (I use a Marian blend of flowers)

4 crystals anointed for the 4 corners (I do archangel /elemental correspondence /and directions per crystal - - you're asking for their protection and assistance with anointing and blessing the oil)

Something to burn a petition in

A mirror /white plate to work on

Wand (if you use it)

Rose petals & kosher salt for a circle of protection & power

A Rosary (mine is digital whatever works) you'll be praying the glorious mysteries

Step by step:

Lay your things out like in the above picture (pray Pslam 104 over your tools to bless and cleanse them, have your crystals anointed and on top of your oils to charge em)

Write a petition to the Virgin to bless and consecrate this oil

Light your candles(dressed, blessed and de-stressed) and play some music

One by one add your oils, taking the crystals off first and making a sign of the cross over the virgen candle, do the same with the oil. One by one untill they're all in.

Once one is done move it from the right side if the candles to the LEFT (clockwise) and put the crystal back on top of the bottle.

Close the bottle of blended oil tight, and shake it like a Polaroid while you pray 3 hall Mary's

Take a dropper full of oil and drop 1 drop into the flame of each candle "In the name of the father, son, and the holy spirit"

Make 5 drops of oil in a cross pattern with one in the center on your petition, burn it to ash.

Burn your offerings to her (Rose incense, rose petals, etc)

Once burned place the oil bottle inside the container holding the ashes of both your petition and burnt offering

Pray a Rosary over the oil (Glorious mysteries)

Once you're finished, let the tea light candles burn out, blow out the Virgencita candle, and repreat every night for 3 nights. On night 3 leave the Virgencita candle burning - in a safe space - on your altar, let it go out by itself.

I use this oil to anoint any offerings or candles I light in the Virgin of Guadalupe's honor. I use it when I meditate and sometimes in my hair (ew?). It's meditative, sweet, calming, and cleansing. It also works for dream / spirt / divination / love / and peace works!

☀️Liquid Sunshine☀️

Sometimes, life is hard, but it doesn't have to go without pleasant scents. This particular blend was made for boosting self-love and is definitely one of my favorites. I hope it can be a favorite of yours, too!

☀️What You Need:

A small bottle, preferably one that's blue or brown to protect the oils from the light

10 drops lemon fragrance oil

10 drops orange fragrance oil

10 drops lime fragrance oil

10 drops rose fragrance oil

Enough of a carrier oil to fill the rest of the bottle

A yellow candle (optional)

☀️What To Do:

Light your candle. As the flame flickers, think about what make you happy and loved. Brag on yourself. Get yourself in the most positive mindset you can muster.

Mix all oils in the bottle. As they drop in, imagine those positive vibes you raised going in with them.

Optionally, you can leave the oil to charge by the candle until it burns out or a few hours have passed. Easy peasy lemon-oil squeezy, right? You can apply it to your skin, put it in a diffuser or bath, or anoint candles with it.

☀️Disclaimers:

Edited 7 December 2020: Essential oils are quite dangerous and really shouldn't be used by anyone without proper education and training, and henceforth I changed the requirements to fragrance oils. The scent will last far longer and the product will be much safer overall. Be safe!
