not a dream, advice needed

for like 5 years now, I've been having really bad dandruff and nothing has helped

I've been to like 10 dermatologists and and and alergist and I still flake like crazy

I mostly stopped wearing dark clothes because of it

what's worse is that my head burns and itches all the time

does anyone have any remedies that helped? It feels like I've tried everything...
