dylan - olly || i think i'm ready.
who: olly murs, dylan lovato ( dyllovato )
when:2/17/16, late evening
where:dylan and olly's room at the house.
summary:dylan finds olly to tell him about amy suing for custody over drew. they talk for a while, and he helps comfort her. they get into bed together with drew, where dylan admits to being ready for something more with olly. olly officially asks dylan to be his.
Dylan had been out all day, and all night pretty much. She had errands to run, she had stopped by to see her parents, and then finally she had the meeting with Amy to discuss the divorce. She was upset to find that Amy didn't even bother to show up, she had simply sent her lawyer. Which, being that Dylan wanted to find out why she left it upset her enough that she didn't show. But then she heard the words 'My client is suing for full custody of Drew Logan Lovato-Scagliotti' and Dylans heart dropped to the bottom of her stomach. She almost threw up then and there. She had been in some what of a dazed state since she had left the officer, her eyes never seeming to be dry of tears and her hands shaking more than they ever had before. She managed a couple hours later to make her way back into the house, having texted Hayley what happened she knew the only person she wanted to see in that moment was Olly. Escorted by one of security for the mansion, blocking the camera's ability to get a view of Dylan or Drew she quickly slipped into the room. The door shut behind her as she set his carseat down on the table, dropping his diaper bag and looking down at him as she unbuckled him. She could hear Olly snoring, so she was trying not to wake him, but tears continued to pool out of her eyes and sniffles filled the air as she tried to unbuckle him; though it was nearly impossible with how shaky her hands were.
Olly had been asleep for a few hours now, he has spent most of the day visiting a few mates in LA that he never got to really see, but in the back of his mind Dylan had been the only thing running through. He was worried since he hadn't heard from her at all. Olly finally dozed off in bed with his phone in hand; though he did snore Olly was a light sleeper. He started stirring when the door shut and he took a deep breath in before exhaling. "Mmm," he let out stretching on his stomach more before his ears immediately perked up at the small sniffs that came from behind him, "Dylan?" He asked groggily. When she didn't respond Olly rolled over sitting up in bed, "Baby, you've been crying. You are crying. What's going on??" He asked with concern laced in his lower octave voice.
Dylan heard his voice, though in her mind it was a lot farther away than he physically was, being they were in the same room. She continued to try to work at unbuckling the car seat, moving her hands up to her eyes every other second to wipe away the tears that just would't stop. It probably didn't help that she was now somewhat alone, away from the public and closed doors so everything she had been attempting, though somewhat failing, to hold in was coming out. She coughed a couple times, after she took a deep breath of air, getting frustrated with the car seat. "Can you uh--" Her voice was very shaky, breaking almost every other syllable, "Can you help me with the car seat? I'm sorry, I didn't mean to wake you."
Olly raised a brow and he nodded, "Of course, yeah hold on." He got up from bed and pulled up his sweats a bit before walking across the room up to Dylan he leaned over and kissed her on the cheek softly before squatting down to easily unclip the car seat where an alert and awake for the time being Drew was looking around. He wrapped his hands around the small child's body removing him from the seat bringing him to his face where he pretended to eat into his neck making little pig noises which made Drew cackle out in laughter from the tickle of his scruff. He smiled kissing him on the head before immediately handing him over to Dylan. "What happened, baby? She didn't hurt you did she?"
Dylan normally would have cracked a smile at the child's laughter and how Olly acted with him, but her mind was elsewhere. She moved the car seat off the table and grabbed the diaper bag off the floor. Taking the pre-made bottles she had in the cooler and moving to the mini fridge and setting them in there before walking back over to him. She took Drew carefully, moving her arms to hold him close to her chest, where he nuzzled into her, she closed her eyes, giving Drew a small squeeze before opening her eyes and glancing up at Olly then away, "She didn't show up. She just sent her lawyer who sai--" her voice cracked with a small cry, causing Dylan to cough again.
Olly furrowed his brows and sighed obviously he could tell whatever it was concerned Drew just based on her body language. He moved close to her, running a hand through her hair. "Just breathe, you going to work yourself up into a panic attack. Talk when you're ready. I'm right here. I promise, I'm here.." Olly wasn't really sure what to do, he didn't want to touch her more afraid of hurting or her pulling away so he just stood close rubbing his hands together in front of him.
Dylan closed her eyes, listening to his voice and focusing on breathing at a normal pace so she didn't work herself up too much. After a few moments she swallowed hard and opened her eyes, looking up into his and whispering; her voice was weak, "She's suing for full custody of Drew."
Olly eyes softened and he felt his heart drop when the words left her mouth. It wasn't possible, they couldn't loose Drew. No, she couldn't loose Drew...Olly has no room to be upset about this for himself he needed to be there for Dylan. "No.." He whispered back, he swallowed back his own emotions and cracked his neck a little, "You're his mother...Amy isn't. She's done absolutely nothing for him, except abandon him when the both of you needed her the most..." Olly flared his nostrils slightly before taking a deep breath, "You're not loosing him Dylan..you won't. You're a great mother."
Dylan dropped her eyes again shaking her head and sniffling a few times, "That doesn't matter. It's both of our names on that birth certificate. She knows /everything/ Olly," she glanced up at him, tears blurring her vision, "She knows everything about me. All the bad stuff from my past. She's going to use it. She's going to win. No judge is going to pick the Mexican woman who spent a year doing porn, who suffers from anorexia and had a cocaine addiction and has assault charges on her record over the white woman who did one month in rehab for an anxiety pill overdose. There's no way." Her voice caught in a cry as she walked toward the small living space of the room and crawling up into the chair, keeping Drew close to her.
Olly eyes faltered when she looked away from his and it was that moment that he felt absolutely awful for everything that was going on, but he had to at least try to make some sense of all of this, "Dylan..." he said softly. It was already too late and she was pacing around and heading towards the chair and there wasn't much Olly could do to be close to her even though he wanted to so he settled for sitting cross legged on the floor across from her. "Dylan, that was the past, all of the things that you've mentioned, no one can lie about that...sure they are bad things. But you've made it through all of them and here you are raising a healthy baby by yourself. The court is going to look at the present more than that deep into your past love. They are going to see that you've been nothing but wonderful since day one with your son...while Amy abandoned a newborn...the courts and the judge are looking out for the child and who would be best fit for Drew. You know everything about him, how he sleeps his different cries. You know, that one that's a little bit higher pitched knowing that he is hungry. You know all of that. They will be looking out for the best interest of Drew, which means that a huge red flag is abandonment which Amy did."
Dylan kept her eyes locked down at Drew, who was playing with the scarf she was wearing, as Olly talked. She sniffled a few times, lifting her hand to her eyes and wiping away a few more tears, before he finished and she looked away from Drew to Olly. She could admit that his words were helpful, and she was calming down a bit, but under it all she was still incredibly worried about it. She swallowed the lump in her throat as he kept her eyes in contact with Olly, "I can't... I can't lose him Olly. He's the only good thing I've ever done with my life." She felt a couple more tears drop form her face, inhaling slowly to try to keep herself calm, "She took everything from me, she can't take him. I don--" She choked on her words looking up as she tried to force the tears away, "I don't know what I did to make her do this."
Olly looked up from playing with his sweats when he could tell that she was looking at him again, his own eyes were pretty glassy just from not wanting to see Dylan so upset, and the fact that he grew very attached to the small child and didn't want to loose him either, "You're not going to. Drew is your son and you aren't loosing him, baby. I have faith, and I'm trusting in those judges that they are going to see the same thing I see every single day we are together. You are a great mother." He softly sighed shrugging his shoulders, "Sometimes people are cruel, just relentless human beings. I'm sorry that she's doing this from you. But I swear to you that we will make it through this, together. But he isn't going anywhere...I just...I know it." He said even for the reassurance for himself.
Dylan moved her hand over Drews stomach, gently brushing against his cheek as she looked down at the baby who was now obviously getting sleepy with how late it was and how much he had been out that day. Swallowing the lump in her throat as she listened to him talk she glanced up at him, then back down at Drew again. She felt reassurance when he said that they would get through it together. "Thank you.." she whispered, being it was all she could say but she hoped he would know that she was really appreciative of him and what he was saying. He had calmed her down.
Olly watched her pay attention to Drew for a few minutes and it made the corners of his mouth turn into the smallest grin. He sat there quietly before leaning back to rest on his forearms putting his legs out as he let out a long breath, "You don't have to thank me. Us being together? That's the whole point, we are there for when the other person needs them. As I've promised to take care of you, that also includes Drew and being there for you through all of this."
Dylan nodded slightly, looking down at Olly then back to Drew. She didn't want to leave Drew, but she trusted him with Olly a lot so she cleared her throat before asking. Though it seemed like a fairly simple question, it really was a huge thing in this moment for Dylan to do; at least to her it seemed like a huge thing. "Can you watch him while I uh, take a shower and just try to get today off me so we can lie down together?" She chewed on her lip, looking back up at him.
Olly looked up at her with a grin across his face at the fact that she trusted him, especially in this moment to watch and take care of him while Dylan was in the shower. He immediately nodded, "Yes of course." Olly stood up and held his arms out, wiggling his fingers, "Olly needs his little man time for a little while anyways. You can bet on him being a very sleepy baby by the time you get out of the shower."
Dylan gave a small nod of appreciation as he said he would watch him, standing up off the chair she brought Drew closed to her face, closing her eyes and kissing his cheek gently. She held him there for a couple moments before she gently handed him over to Olly. Once she had she leaned up placing a soft kiss on Olly's lips, whispering another, "Thank you," running her thumb over Drew's cheek before she turned to move to the bathroom to take the shower.
Olly took Drew into his hold and smiled before kissing Dylan back and nodding, "You're welcome," he said quietly as he turned around and watched her shut the door. Olly then sighed, running his hand softly over Drew's back, he was still half awake so it gave him an opportunity to get him ready for bed as well. He looked down at the small child who looked right back at him, moving his hands to Olly's face pulling at his skin on his chin and jaw. He could tell that Drew was confused by the hair still, and it made him grin. The singer walked the two of them over to Drew’s room where he found the diaper bag and took the time to change him and get him all ready for bed. While taking care of Drew, it just felt natural to him, in a way Olly saw the child as his own. He had spent all of his nephew's first year childhood the same way taking care of him, so it wasn't his first round of it. Once Drew was ready for bed, Olly gently picked him back up, where he slowly glided across the room humming, he could feel that the tot was starting to fall asleep. He was humming to the song "Let Me Love You" with a small smirk to his face waiting for Dylan to come back.
Dylan quickly climbed into the shower, letting the hot water take some of the stress of the day away from her. She didn't have the energy to stay in long so she ended up climbing out only 5 minutes later and climbing into one of Olly's shirts she had stolen and a pair of boyshort type underwear. She had tossed her hair into a towel and opened the door to see Olly across the room finishing dressing Drew. She leaned against the door frame, watching them together for a few minutes. She listened to the tune a small smile peaking onto her face before she stood back up straight and fully came into view, walking over to the two. "You're really good with him," she whispered.
Olly closed his eyes as he swayed gently with Drew wrapped closely into his chest, he wasn't wearing a shirt per usual to it was Drew's favorite because he loved to nuzzle into the skin on skin contact which was always the one way to get him to calm down and go to sleep. He heard Dylan's soft voice behind him and he slowly turned around. "I care a lot about him, I treat him like he is my own," he admitted honestly as he looked down to Drew that was now sleeping then back up to Dylan that had the smallest smile on her face.
Dylan walked up closer to the two, placing one of her hands on Olly's lower back and the other on Drew as she rested her head against Olly's shoulder, looking at him. "Thank you for that," she whispered, "thank you for treating him like your own... It's nice that he has a male around... and that it's you. Thank you for being committed to both me and him, and not making me choose between you two."
Olly turned his head slightly down to her when she got close and he let out a breath because of the fact she was actually touching him. It made him feel so much better already to know that she was still there in a way, part fo her wasn't and couldn't be; he completely understood that. Olly pressed his lips to her forehead, leaving them there for a little while, taking in her fresh scent from the shower. "Who else it going to teach him how to throw things at you, or to be such the ladies man, such as I am." he said batting his eyelashes a little before getting serious again, "I would never make you pick between the two of us...Drew's your son, you shouldn't have to pick between anyone and him."
Dylan let out a soft chuckle, "You want him to throw things at me, that's so rude." She smiled softly down at Drew who was sleeping calmly, moving her hand to gently touch his small nose she let out a soft sight, leaning a bit more into Olly, "If I can pick the both of you, then that'd be absolutely perfect" she admitted in a quiet voice.
Olly nodded with a small snicker, "Yes, and I will make him only do it to you," he teased before untucking his arm that was between him and Dylan so that he could wrap his arm around her while he held Drew safely against hist chest with his other arm. He smiled leaning his head against the towel on her head, "Well, guess what. You're getting the both of us, now...do I have to ask who has better bedhead? Because I'm sure mine has to be brilliant right now.."
Dylan pouted slightly, "I'll get you back when he's older and I can start make him messing with you by driving your car around the block or like convince him to tell you that he got someone pregnant; just to see you freak out. Then I would laugh and yell payback at you." She closed her eyes feeling him wrap his arm around her, an instant feeling of safeness washing over her. She let out a small chuckle, opening her eyes and turning her head to look up at him, "Yours is very beautiful. You could walk a runway right now."
Olly rolled his eyes, "With your anxiety, absolutely not. I'm going to teach him to drive. You would be all," he made his voice very high pitched, " 'Drew, watch out, Drew you're breaking too hard, Drew watch that car 500 feet in front of you'" his voice returning low, "So, if you did let him drive my car...I'd trust him. As for getting someone pregnant, he would have had the talk with me. So, again. I win, love." Olly smiled just resting his head against hers, it was comforting knowing they could talk about the future like this without either of them freaking out. "Yeah? It's completely sexy, I know. Come, do you want me to hold the two of you for a while?"
Dylan moved her hand and back handed his stomach as he mocked her voice, "I would so NOT be that mother. I would be very cool, calm, and collective. Okay? Okay." She paused for a moment, knowing he was probably right before shaking his head and giving a small nod, "You are going to be giving the sex talk though. I will say that much. I will figure out a way to get you back though. Don't you worry." She smiled softly, "Yes, let me go take my hair out of the towel first though so I don't end up looking... as sexy as you do, when I wake up."
Olly faked a gasp, "Hey! I'm with child. A very adorable, sleeping one. No hitting," he said playfully while keeping his tone down and he gave a her a small nod as she stepped away, "Of course...the sex talk..that's a dad thing. I mean, Uh-" he stumbled with his words and pursed his lips into a firm line. "You know what I mean.." He sighed and gave her a small smile, "no matter what you do with your hair, when I wake up next to you every morning I still find you sexy. So..."
Dylan let out a soft laugh at his gasp rolling her eyes playfully at him, "No being an ass too mommy then," she replied kinking her eyebrow up at him. Taking another step toward the bathroom she rolled her eyes again, "Oh yeah, so sexy." She chewed on her lip right before she reached for the knob to the bathroom turning her head to look at him and nodding slightly and quietly replying, "It's a dad thing," before slipping behind the door to dry her hair quick.
Olly leaned his head towards Drew, "Okay Drew no more being a butt to mummy," he cleared his throat, "We are sorry mummy, please forgive us," he said with a small frown. Olly raised a brow at the small comment she made before stepping into the bathroom, his heart started to race a little bit, because it was her way of saying it was a dad thing, one which she wanted Olly to take care of. It gave him the butterflies as he kissed Drew's head a few times softly as he waiting for her to return.
Dylan quickly took the towel off of her head and ran a blow dryer through her hair. Thankfully her hair was somewhat short so it didn't take her too long. Making her way back out of the bathroom she walked toward the bed. Climbing in she, opened her arms wide, "If my two favorite men would please come to me, that would be grand," she smiled softly. Olly had somehow managed to make her smile, to make her feel safe, and to make her feel even a little bit happy even in this crazy terrible of a day. There was no doubt in Dylan's mind at this point, that they would make it.
Olly just ran his finger over Drew's nose and his cheeks as he waited for Dylan to get done in the bathroom. When she walked across the room and got ready into bed he just stood there a while staring with s grin on his face, "This picture...just..hearing you say that and holding Drew.." He sighed, "It makes me look forward to our future." Olly moved over to her side of the bed helping to detach Drew from him and passed him off to Dylan. He leaned over putting his hand next to her as he kissed her lips softly, "Hold on," he disappeared into Drew's room before walking back with his Elephant and favorite pacifier. He climbed into bed to his side and handed Dylan the items he brought with a smile.
Dylan smiled softly as he spoke, for some reason the future had always seemed so scary to Dylan. Whenever Dylan had thought about her future with Amy or anyone else, she hated thinking about it. She would instantly distract herself and make sure it wasn't brought up. However, with Olly, she couldn't stop thinking about it. Pulling Drew into her arms gently she turned on her side after the kiss, her hand resting on his stomach as she watched his face, so peaceful as he slept. Leaning down she placed a very small kiss on his warm cheek, causing him to wiggle just the slightest, but not enough to wake up. She lifted her head when Olly returned with the two items, taking them she set the pacifier on the bed stand next to them and the elephant between Drew and herself. She looked up at Olly as he got comfortable smiling softly, "I like thinking about our future... is that weird? Even though we're not even technically together yet?"
Olly got comfortable adjusting himself and the pillows so that his head was right next to Drew as he let out a long sigh. Olly slowly nodded, "I think about it all the time. It's just, I'm not scared for a future with you. I see how we are now, and it just frighten me in the slightest." He looked down from her to Drew twitching his look at him, "Yeah, I know we're now. But that doesn't matter to me.."
Dylan leaned over Drew carefully to meet Olly's lips in a gentle soft kiss. It lingered for a couple moments before she pulled away and returned to her spot, she looked down at Drew then back up at Olly and smiled softly, "We're going to make it. Me... you... Drew... We're going to make it. " She paused for a second rubbing her thumb back and forth against Drew's onesie, "I won't let her take him from us. We can't let her take him from us."
Olly smiled gently against her lips as she kissed him, he moved a hand to her cheek, rubbing against her skin before she slowly pulled away. "I know we are, the three of us, we are as....ehm...the three amigos," he nodded gently. Olly looked down to Drew when she spoke, he didn't want to loose Him at all. The male had grown so attached to him over the past few weeks especially...and he didn't want to loose that. "We aren't going to let that happen Dylan, I promise." He moved his hand over hers with a smile. He looked back up at her with the smallest smile on his lips, "Je te aime," he whispered.
Dylan smiled softly, resting in his promise. Though, she knew this one was most likely out of his hands, the fact that he was so sure that he would promise made her feel at ease. She had a lot to worry about, finding a lawyer, making a case for herself, etc. on top of taking care of Drew and doing the show, she knew all of that could wait until tomorrow. Right now it was just them. She smiled softly back at him, responding with something she had been learning how to say the past couple days after deciding she wanted to learn French too, to understand him when he spoke it, "Mais je t'aime plus."
Olly sighed contently as they just sat there for a while. Olly knew that things were going to be this easy come to tomorrow or for the next couple of weeks but hah didn't matter to him. He would do anything for dylan, as well as Drew. He wanted to be the man that they both needed during this hard time. Olly brushed his thumb over her knuckles as he rested on his pillow just glazing at her, every once and a whole his eyes looking down to Drew and back up. He smiled at her response, giving a little snicker because it sounded quiet odd, "You're learning French?? We need to work on your articulation baby," he said jokingly.
Dylan frowned when he snickered at her, pouting for a second before replying, "Sí , lo era, pero ahora vas a ser un imbécil , olvidarse de él." She let out a small 'hmph', before swatting his hand away from her and pulling Drew closer to her. Obviously there was a hint of playfulness in the entire thing.
Olly raised a brow at her as she started to ramble in Spanish, he had no clue what she was saying but he snickered when she swatted him away, he struggled with saying Mami with his thick accent "Aye, Mami, get back here," he said moving his hand to her side brushing his thumb over her hip with a smile, "Are you wearing my shirt?" He chucked softly.
Dylan let out a soft, somewhat loud laugh as he struggled to say Mami. She saw Drew stir which made her shut up quickly into a silent snicker at him before she held his thumb brush against her hip. Shrugging slightly she spoke, "Maybe I am. Whatcha gonna do about it?"
Olly bit on his lip a little bit, turning a little pink at the fact she was laughing at him struggling with his accent. His eyes darted to Drew who stirred but quickly went back to sleep. He let out a small breath when the baby relaxed again and he looked back up at her, he fliddled with the fabric of the shirt, "Nothing, my clothes look good on you." Olly got quiet for a second, "But just because you responded in French doesn't change the fact you're wrong because it's not true."
Dylan smiles softly, moving her hand briefly to brush over his cheek when she saw the pinkness, before returning her hand to Drew. She nodded, "They do... but you also look good on me." She chewed on her lip, shaking her head no and giving a shy smile, "I'm pretty sure I was correct in my statement."
Olly closed his eyes at the contact letting out a small sigh when she did. She had this unexplained effect on him whenever they touched and he hoped that she would never go somewhere tht wouldn't allow them to share that bond anymore. Olly kept his arm over Drew and moved his shirt up on her to trace patterns on her side, "This it true, we do make a very attractive pair, love." He raised a brow at her, "How have you come to that conclusion now?"
Dylan smiled shyly, resting her head more into the pillow as she gazed over at Olly, "A very attractive pair, but most of that comes from you." She pondered for a second, chewing on her bottom lip before smiling softly and responding, "I've come to the conclusion that I'm right, and that I love you more, because I said so."
Olly moved over even a little more so that their faces were both close to Drew and each other. "Absolutely not, Dylan..I find you breathtaking. Sometimes when I wake up in the morning, those twenty minutes before you fully get up again...I look at you. And I see things I've never noticed. Like that one freckle that's darker then the others on the left side of your nose. Then I see your eyes, you have beautiful eyes," he got quiet as he searched them for a few minutes, a hint of a smile as he rested his hand back on top of hers on Drew. "I don't think that entirely possible...I don't think we should play the who does more game."
Dylan ran her eyes over his face as he moved closer to the two of them, listening to him talk. She smiled softly as he spoke, a blush very noticeable as blood rushed to her cheeks causing them to turn read. She hid her face slightly as he continued on before she cleared her throat quietly and whispered back, "When I hear things like that from other people, I always think they're lying to me or they want something or yeah... but with you... With you, I know that you mean it and" she paused slightly moving closer and kissing him gently, pulling back from the kiss she whispered, "You make me feel like I'm worth something." She moved her head back to her original position looking down at how they both were holding Drew close, a small smile appearing on her lips before she glanced up at him, "You don't want to play because we all know you would lose."
Olly sighed a little bit when she started talking and he squeezed her hand gently while she spoke. Olly closed his eyes when she kissed him, pushing his lips on into hers before she pulled away, looking right into her, "God, Dylan, you...you are worth everything to me," he said completely serious. "You and Drew...you two are my world," he shook his head a little moving his hand to Drew's cheek, gently running the back of his finger across it a few times before putting his hand back. "I didn't loose last time, did I?" He raised a brow.
Dylan moved her hand from Drew's stomach to Olly's face, gently running her thumb back and forth against his cheek as he spoke. She inhaled softly, a smile forming on her face, "Thank you." She swallowed the lump in her throat, "I... I don't want to wait until after the divorce to be officially yours, anymore." Her voice was a quiet whisper, the idea scared her but it was also true. Why was she waiting? If Amy was already with someone, why can't she be happy too? She put her hand back on Drew's stomach, chewing on her lip as she looked down at the sleeping baby, "You totally lost last time, I don't know what you're talking about."
Olly looked up at her once her hand was back on his face and he let out a small sigh. His hand covered hers on his face and he furrowed his brows, "Really?" He said softly before shaking his head, "Dylan you don't have to change a rule that you set yourself for me. I told you I'm not going anywhere and that im yours and I will wait whatever length until you're fully ready for that.." Olly ran his hand through his hair a few times before resting his arm next to the baby. "You were back in my lap within the minute, I won. Why can't we settle for something equal?"
Dylan chewed on her lip, her stomach churning uncomfortably before inhaling softly and continuing to look down at Drew, "I just.." She whispered, "I'm ready... If you would want to wait that's fine too but I think I'm ready.." She inhaled shrugging slightly, "I don't know what you're talking about, you did not win. We can settle with equal... I suppose."
Olly could tell tht Dylan was feeling a little uncomfortable and he sighed a little bit, "Baby, look at me," he said quietly moving his hand to her chin so that he could look at her, "I'm ready. I'm ready to be whatever you need me to, to help get the three of us through this together. Okay?" Olly brushed her cheek a few times before moving his head back to Drew closing his eyes as she spoke, "Good, equal..those are good terms in my opinion."
Dylan looked into his eyes, listening to him speak, she nodded slightly before whispering, "I understand but... I want to be what you want to be too. I don't want this to be all about me, and what I need you to be. I want it to be us... What's good for both of us, and for Drew. For all of us." She watched him close his eyes, settling in and following after him and closing her eyes too.
Olly never really broke their gaze while they had this whole conversation, it was still pretty comfortable because of the fact it was them, "I know. It isn't just about you...i make it about the two of you because you've given me something that I've always wanted. Well two things, you've given me a family...in a way. I never think about just myself anymore. I'm always thinking about you and Drew, always. As for the second, you..finally have given me that feeling I've begged and yearned for year...that feeling that I'm finally the first choice. You know how important that is to me." His breathing was even just taking in how close the three of them were in the moment, "Dylan, he's safe. Between us..like this..nothing's going to happen to him."
Dylan moved her hand to his cheek again after he finished talking, leaning forward and giving him another kiss. It was gentle but passionate, pulling away briefly to whisper, "You are the first choice. You're my first choice. You're Drew and I's first choice. I don't.. I don't know what I would do without you right now, and I don't want to ever think about a time where you're not here, laying with him and I. It just seems so right. It feels right."
Olly smiled when she leaned forward and he kissed her back with equal amounts of passion given their current position. When she pulled away he gave a small smile, licking his lips a little, "You know what I'm going to comment on..." He snickered softly before nodded, "If you would like it to be that way, you'll never have a night without me. Ever. That is my promise to you. I don't want to think about sleeping without you, I never want you to have to wake up alone again thinking you don't have anyone because believe me Dylan...you have me as yours completely."
Dylan felt her heart flutter slightly as he finished talking, her eyes examining his. "Promise? You promise?" she whispered, a small smile appearing on her face, knowing how much promises meant to him. "I want that... I want you.... I want," she looked down at Drew and then back up at him, "I want us. All of us."
Olly smiled when she examined him, he let her see every part of him. "I promise with my whole heart, Dyl," he said softly before running his fingers up and down Drew's leg gently when she said all of us. He made him smile from ear to ear, that's what he wanted..a family and that's what she was asking for in a way, "If that be the case then, Dylan, would you like to be my girlfriend?"
Dylan a smile grew on Dylan's face, almost matching how big his smile was as she leaned forward planting a kiss on his lips. Pulling away she whispered, "Yes, of course, yes," she leaned in kissing him again, careful of not waking Drew in the process of her movements.
Olly continued to lean into her kisses but his smile would break each of them with how happy he was. Olly leaned back and rested against the pillow again, "I know we have a lot of work to do...and we have to figure out the court situation. But I will be there for whatever you need. We are going to win Drew, and he will be yours. I can feel it. I just know he is meant to be with us babe..." Looking up from the baby he gave a cheeky smile, "I couldn't imagine anyone else being my girlfriend. You are the one for me, just as I am the one for you."
Dylan smiled over at Olly, her eyes lit up as she looked at him. He had come into her life and had made everything so much better, and even with the terrible obstacles in their way she couldn't help but smile. He was hers, and she was his. Looking down at Drew she let out a soft sigh, his words reassuring her, giving a small nod she closed her eyes moving her face next to Drew's, placing a soft kiss on the top of his head, "He's not going anywhere, and neither are we."
Olly smiled as he saw the way he made her eyes light up, and it was honestly the best feeling he ever had been through. He knew that there were a lot of things they needed to work out, but now, even more so officially they had at least each other. When Dylan moved to kiss Drew he mirrored the action before then leaned a little more over to press his lips to hers, "There no where else I want to be then with the two of you." Olly rolled completely on his side so he could face her completely he rested his head up on his fist, "So I'm boyfriend material, aye?"
Dylan turned on her side wraping and arm gently over Drew and holding him close as she looked over at Olly, cracking a smile and a small eye roll at his comment, "You're a lot more than boyfriend material, yanno?"
Olly raised a brow when she moved Drew closer to her, he gave a small frown, "Are you keeping me from him now??? How rude," he said with a hint that he was joking before running his chest gently, it was actually a soothing action he did quite often, "What do you mean by that, love?" He asked genuinely curious.
Dylan shook her head, "No, this is my hint for you to also move closer to me, to be honest." She smiled softly at him before shrugging and chewing on her lip as she tried to figure out how to word it. Finally she spoke, "Well, I wouldn't let you this close to Drew all the time if you were only boyfriend material. If I didn't see more in you, I wouldn't let Drew get attached to you, yanno?"
Olly smiled a little when Dylan spoke, he nodded slowly before shifting around slowly as to not wake the baby. He put his head on the pillow above Drew so that his head was right next to hers. "If you want I can put the pillows up on my side and come lay behind you and hold the both of you,” he looked up at her half upside down from his angle. " I know what you mean, and im going to be that figure that Drew really needs in his life."
Dylan smiled softly, "As much as that appeals to me... if you're behind me, I can't do this," she whispered before leaning forward and placing a soft, slow kiss on his lips. Letting it linger for a bit before she pulled away, "I don't want you to feel like you have to take on all this responsibility so fast though okay? Don't give up things to be with us, and things like that. It's not fair of me to have you do that, so please remember you can be as involved or not involved as you wish."
Olly furrowed his brows at first when she spoke, but then he obviously got it. He kissed her back, slowly moving his lips over hers. It was a lazy kiss but one that still had meaning behind it. When they pulled apart he licked his lips, "I kinda love you," he teased pinching his fingers, "little bit." Olly looked down to Drew and then back up at Dylan, "Thank you for offering but, I like being involved with Drew, I think he really fancies me and I want to be an important part of his life if we're going to be together. Plus, that means I get to spend more time with you, which I'm very interested in."
Dylan kinked her eyebrow up, "kinda?" She chuckled pursing her lips together and shrugging, "You just proved my point earlier that I do love you more, so ha!" She smiled softly as he spoke, giving a small nod, "As long as you want to be involved and you don't feel obligated to, we are more than happy to have you around all the time."
Olly rolled his eyes, "I was joshin', love. You know I love you." He moved a hand to Dylan's cheek, rubbing her cheek a few times then sliding his hand down her neck resting on the back of it, "More then you even know," he let out a sigh looking up at her. "Remind me to kiss you like a mean it tomorrow, when there isn't an adorable, peaceful child between us." Olly kept his hand on her, gently rubbing his fingers on the back of her neck. "Of course Dylan.” They spend the rest of their night together focusing on just the three of them before eventually they drifted off to sleep together, the three of them.
