Not to sound like I'm defending Blafard. But she's also being called a terrorist and other racist and islamophobic things. Tumblr wouldn't do anything to penalize those attacks against her, so trying to report her isn't going to get anywhere either.

The people who send that are trash and cowards and awful as well. It’s deeply disappointing people will fight hate with hate.

But she’s also running something that openly is mocking a large number of people.

I think your opinions on hotchreid are valid and completely understandable, age gaps make some people uncomfortable, their relationship can have a father and son interpretation, etc. And I think one of the best parts about fandom is having differing opinions on ships and characters because we all came out of the same show with something completely different. But your idea of hotchreid (and the shippers) seems to be very single minded and rude. The comments like "get help" and "you need therapy" are unnecessary, especially when you answered asks for other ships you don't like in a kind way. I understand where your interpretation of hotchreid being inherently bad can come from, there are a lot of gross people in this fandom when it comes to the ship, but that's true for any other ship as well. I also don't really appreciate the way you answered the jotch ask, saying you trust JJ to have a relationship but hotchreid is still just Bad. The implications of that being that Spencer cannot handle an adult relationship as well as JJ despite being similar in age and just as capable as her. Obviously in the end I am not trying to change your opinion, I think boundaries are important and I don't wanna push yours. I'm just attempting to explain some of the things that made me uncomfortable on your blog today.

ive explained in a couple asks how i feel ab jj/hotch so i dont want to repeat myself too much, but i get why i should've made it clearer that i also do not support that ship

i think the reason why its so easy for me to hate on reid/hotch specifically is bc the way i interpret their relationship leaves no room for romance. not that id ever approve of jj/hotch, but at least my thoughts on them dont completely eliminate it. the same goes for any other ship i dont like: i dont agree, but i dont hate it

you're right: i could've been nice to hotch/reid shippers. my comments were unnecessary and rude. i didnt want to be, i wanted to joke ab the only reasons i can imagine someone would ship something like that, and i think im entitled to do so.
