One of the weirdest things I've realized since learning my stepmother is pregnant is not just that I'm going to be 24 years older than this kid, it's that I am, functionally, going to be more of an uncle rather than an older sibling. (I won't see the kid too often bc I live in a different state.) It's an odd realization.

wild morning um the wedding shower is today and when i went to check my phone to see if i took any pictures of the way we had everything set up at home for reference i see a text from my dad saying grandpapa just passed away. Did not expect myself to react the way i am lol. He was not a good man for the most part, but he was always nice to me. Idk why im crying over it. Death is weird

my previous room was very small. the smallest one in the house. now im sitting on my desk and if i look in front of me theres a big window but its night so its closed and the lights are off and its. big. idk if its bc its dark but i cant see the walls on the sides if i look ahead of me, just the window, and i used to be able to see at least one wall when on my desk
