Gabrielle Aplin tonight!

She's playing in Eindhoven and I can't wait to see her perform. Heard heard her on 3fm this morning and she sounded phenomenal. So yeah, together with Jop, Sammeh and Jess (Robin) I will be in Eindhoven tonight enjoying good music. Woop.

Heya! So I was tagged to post 10 random facts about myself and then tag 10 people to do the same, and I CHOOSE YOU! :D Could you please tag me (as grapefruitshampoo) in the tags if you post it? ^^ Then I can seeee~ Love, Yentl.

Hi! Oh dear, well, here we go:

1. I’m very indecisive. Seriously, philosophy or comparative (cinematography and) literature? What do you think? Or the Academic PABO? Also, Groningen or Leiden or Groningen or Leiden or somewhere else altogether? Stupid lifechoices are stupid.

2. I’m actually shyer on the internet than I am in real life for some reason? I mean, sure strange people are scary but once you get me talking I will not stop until you make me (I mean it, I will tell you my whole life story if you don’t stop me in time), but on the internet I just… don’t talk to people, I don’t make that first step and because of that I don’t get to the point where you have to stop me before we get to the life story thing. But I like everyone very much and I have hugs aplenty so please talk to me!

3. Hugs, that’s another thing. Hugs are THE BEST. Be it cyberhugs or reallife hugs, I LOVE hugs and I’m convinced that if everyone in the world would come to my hug-and-philosophy-mythology theraphy sessions (guest speakers: the queen of fun facts and all things mythology and the grapefruit hero of hugs(, tumblr themes) and general wisdom) the world would be a better place. 

4. I ramble, (as you might have noticed by now) I am very unable to stay concise within any medium. Seriously, my texts usually take up two or three messages, only because I cannot for the life of me get the point across within only one.

5. I’m a multishipper, and sometimes my otps are more like brotps. Also I ship EVERYONE with hugs. There are not enough hugfics in the world and please if you find one, send it to me and if someone would write a hugfic for me I would be eternally grateful. It doesn’t even have to be the main plot point, I’m just convinced that all the characters need all the hugs. 

6. I have never been in love with someone or had a crush on someone, not even a celebrity crush. Sure, I’d love to have tea with David Tennant and talk about philosophy with Tom Hiddleston, and I can aesthetically appreciate all the way too old actors on my dash, but the definition of a crush has never applied to me. I also don’t really feel like that makes me miss something in my life.

7. I haven’t actually talked to anyone about this, but I think I might identify as asexual and/or aromantical. I’m not entirely sure, it’s something I’ve considered applying to myself only recently… I’ll need to do a bit more research on the matter (in the meantime, anyone who reads this and identifies as either asexual or aromantical and feels like talking to me, feel free, my askbox is always open – also for anyone else btw)

8. I adore writing and receiving handwritten ‘snailmail’ as I’ve seen it referred to around here, and I’m quite impatiently waiting for certain someones (plus a friend of stitchpunkz’s, of whom I don’t know the tumblr – or if she even has a tumblr, for that matter) to make me happy with an answer to the letters I sent out earlier the previous week… Oh and if anyone is looking for a pen pal: Hi! *waves* you can message me anytime! I’d love to be your pen pal~ (I mean it’s not like I have schoolwork to do or upcoming exams to prepare for…)

 9. I am currently addicted to ricecakes (I have no idea if that is a word, Google seems to agree with me though, so just Googleimage it if you haven’t got a clue as to what I’m talking about) Do they have ricecakes where you’re from? I wonder… oh and Earl Grey tea.

10. I’m very glad this is over, because I had like up to nine done and then I accidentally closed the inbox tab and I had like 50+ words per fact so I was really proud of myself, and then I was very sad and frustrated. But now I’ve finished (in word, not making the same mistake again) so yay!
