Ittanmomen appears as a long white cloth fluttering in the wind. But once it gets close to a person it wraps itself around that person's face and suffocates them to death. It was popularized by the anime Gegege no Kitaro in which the protagonist rides it like a magic carpet.

I want to hear people’s thoughts on the new Gegege no Kitaro redesigns! Is there anything that particularly stands out as a good thing or bad thing? Do you like the new look or would you have preferred they stick closer to Mizuki’s style?

While we’re at it, what do you think about the new human character, Mana Inuyama? What do you think about her design? Any thoughts or concerns about adding a new character to the cast? What do you think the series will do with her?
