I love 아니 (Any) by Stray Kids. It's like one of my favourite songs from their whole discography. But I cannot listen to it anymore.

You see, when I first discovered the song, I loved it so much I listened to it on repeat while sitting on my spinning chair. So as the song (especially the chorus) played, I'd be spinning on my chair while listening to it. I did it again and again till the point of nausea. It was repeated for days. Almost for a week or more until I stopped listening to it for a while.

Now when I listen to it, even though I'm not sitting on my spinning chair, I feel nauseous. So, I can no longer listen to it without feel very very nauseous and heavy headed (since it also triggered my migraine sometimes)

In short, I classical conditioned myself. I fucking pavloved myself and I hate it 😭😭😭

Guys, I fear my mum has fucking Pavloved me..

Every night before she goes to bed she pick up her keys to lock her car from inside, and my brain has trained me to associate the late night picking-up-of-keys with mum going to bed so I hear it and I get up to say goodnight 😭🙏 I came out of my room, and I see her just standing there leaning against the pantry looking at me cause she knew I’d be coming out of my room. ✊😔

I've been hearing about the inhumane nature of Pavlov's experiments on dogs, and it's not that I don't believe it, necessarily, but I'm wondering if anyone has a source for that?
