Pod People

Anyone have any good fertility-related podcast recommendations? I’ve been enjoying:

1. Matt and Doree’s Eggcellent Adventure. I’m only on episode 12 out of 87 and counting, but I love it so far! It’s a funny and honest look into one couple’s struggle with “dumb sperm and old eggs.” This has been an amazing podcast for me to learn more about IVF and prepare myself for my consult.

2. The Fertility Warriors Podcast. I’ve listened to a few episodes here and there and I particularly enjoyed “Fertility Diet Myths Busted.” People in the TTC community are so quick to push certain diets (cough, looking at you, keto!) or supplements without understanding that not all diets/supplements work for all bodies. There is no “one size fits all” diet fix for infertility!

3. IVFML. This was a short one, only 5 episodes long, and very similar to Matt and Doree. It was heavy and honest and my husband and I marathoned it on the trip to and from RI to meet our new nephew. Tears were had by all.
