But I did start a new story for Julie and Marcus! I wasn't planning on writing anymore for these two after the fix-it fic but my brain had other ideas. It has some angst (of course) but tons of fluff! It's so soft it's ridiculous. But I don't know if the whole fic will be like that, who knows. It's me we’re talking about so there’s most likely going to be a lot of angst later. Yet as of now it's very, very, fluffy and cute.
There may be smut, idk yet. I may just hint at it and move on. Depends on what you guys want so... Smutty Julius? Yes or no???? I don't particularly write smut and haven't in a long time but if the audience votes yes I will see what I can write up for you!
Aftermath is almost finished, I have the plot written down and chapters organized. All that's left is to write out the details and publish the last four chapters (Yes four, I added another chapter. Sue me XD). This story was going to be a one and done for this fandom but I couldn't help myself!
I'm tagging everyone who has been tagged in Aftermath, but if you would like to be added in the tags, let me know!!!
Another year passes and Julie and Marcus' marriage has never been better. Like a flower reborn in the spring the Alexander's marriage has bloomed though the cold, shriveled, times. Over the past year they have grown to trust and find love again. With plans anew on the horizon for the future growth of their family, Julie and Marcus find themselves in a better place than when they first wed.
But what will happen when old affairs return and past troubles come back to life?
When this scene first came to mind I had no idea what I was going to do with it. For a while I thought it would have to be put in a new story to show Julie and Marcus' background, but then I thought why not incorporate it as a flashback? So here we have it!
I also would like to point out I will not be posting the snippets in chapter order, so one day you'll get a sneek peek from chapter 7 the other from chapter 3, but I won't say which chapter it is to keep you on your toes😉
So without further ado... Here is the first little(long) snippet of the new Julius fic We're Not Alone below!
So who's the lucky guy?" Rebecca asked as she came over one morning. Julie scrunched her face and chuckled oddly at her sister's sudden and strange question.
"What're you talking about?" She asks flipping the pancakes. Becca laughs as she sips her coffee.
"Oh come on Julie! I know you're seeing someone." Julie rolled her eyes but Rebecca didn't let it go. "For one, you're awake and smiling at 6am on a weekend which definitely means you're getting laid."
"What?" Julie laughed, surprised and offended by her sisters exclamation.
"Secondly, you're out all the time and never answer my texts till morning." Julie turned with a hand on her hip as Rebecca pointed in her direction. "Also, there's another mug of coffee on the table and it's the one used for guests. It's not mine" she says shaking hers. "And it's definitely not yours."
"Okay, Sherlock. Yes I'm getting laid, happy now?" Rebecca squeals in excitement as she stands and walks around the counter towards her sister to stand in front of her.
"So what's his name? Whats he like? Is he hot? What-"
"Bec!" Julie exclaimed amused and irritated as her sister bombards her with questions. "its not that serious."
"Yes it is." Rebecca says matterof-factly. When Julie raises a brow Rebecca elaborates. "Jules you never, and I mean never, take a guy back to your place. You either get a hotel room or have sex at his place."
"Rebecca!" Julie cried, taking the pan off the stove. "Are you slut shaming me right now?!" Becca raised her hands in the air as she grinned.
"Hey no judgement here, sis. I'm just stating facts. You never bring guys over." Julie's cheeks redden, making her avoid her sister's eyes. "So… Is he at least good in bed?"
"Oh my God, Bec!" Julie gasps, Rebecca stares like a cat that got the canary.
"It's a yes or no question, love." Julie groans and takes her coffee mug from the counter. Becca wiggles her brow and grins. "I'll take that as a yes."
"Please tell me we are not talking about my sex life at 6 in the morning?" Julie grumbles. Rebecca shugs with a smug grin and sits on the counter. "I need to get ready for work."
"Jules, hon, it's Saturday. Schools out."
"Yes… but I have a meeting at the school. Some bullshit on a new art program, then there's next year's curriculum I have to start planning, and then there's the-"
A knock interrupts them and Bec stares between her sister and then door. Before Julie could stop her or make any move whatsoever, Rebecca was hopping off the counter and leaping toward the door. "I got it!" Julie groans aloud and follows slowly, but not before spiking a little Rum in her coffee for good measure. She was definitely going to need it knowing her sister.
At the door Becca opens it to find a man she's never met before. He was cute with his nerdy glasses a million freckles littering his cheeks. Then there was the very sexy part she could see her sister's attraction to. Not only in the way he held himself or dressed in his pressed suit, but his toned build and dark unruly curls were the cherry on top. And that's not to mention his goofy awkward smile as she opened the door.
"Uh, hi." He said unsure.
"Hi there. Can I help you?" Marcus looks over Becca's shoulder then to her.
"Yeah, uh, I was looking for Julie. Is she home by chance?"
"I don't know what can I help you with?" Rebecca repeats and Marcus chuckled a little nodding in understanding.
"Got it." he smiled reading the room. "I left my tablet here and was hoping I could get it back. I need it for a work thing so if I could get it that would be great."
"Oh, what kind of work do you do?" Rebecca inquired, her interest now peaked. Not only because this man has slept over but was comfortable enough to bring his work to Julie's apartment.
"I work with computers."
"So you're a tech genius or like a basic tech guy?" Becca asks with arms crossed. Marcus smiles awkwardly but explains he works on the new gen of AI's. Creating their code and make it easier for the future of technology and humanity as a whole. "So you're a genius!" She exclaimed and Marcus shrugged. "You know we could really use a tech guy in the family. Do you think you could fix this bug on my computer because -"
"Bec!" Julie scolded and Marcus' smile widened while Julie blushed. She ignored her sister as she came closer with his tablet. Bec backed away as Julie clearer her throat. "Sorry about her, uh, here."
"Thank you." He said with sincerity. "I'll uh see you around?"
"Yeah, I'll see you."
Just as Julie shut the door Becca stared with her arms crossed over her chest. "So he's hot and a nerd? Score!"
"Rebecca!" Julie groans as her sister laughed the whole way to the kitchen. "You're going to be the death of me I swear."
"But you love me anyway!" She sang as she skipped to the kitchen for food. Julie rolled her eyes but smiled as she followed her sister inside.
Chapter 8 is here!!! Aftermath has come to an end!!
Aftermath
After the destructive malfunction of Hera, Marcus Alexander’s life turned upside down. His very own creation that took years of developing had gone rogue. In the process almost successfully killed his wife. The Alexander’s had a rough marriage since Julie lost her sister, and while he himself had made many mistakes in their marriage, it didn’t mean Marcus wanted Julie gone.
It was due to his very own mistakes that Marcus had a lot to make up for- but was Julie too far gone? Was it too late to fix what he had broken?
Here lies the story of what happens after the Sheriff arrives on scene as Marcus Alexander holds his seemingly dead wife’s body.

'We're Not Alone' Julius fic sneak peek Part 3!!!! Big Spoiler ahead! (Or is it...?)
I hope everyone is excited for the big Aftermath finale! Because it will be over soon I have decided to post another (Maybe final) Sneak peek for We’re Not Alone! Because this scene is filled with spoilers, and I mean big ones, I hide it below. So for those that don’t like huge spoilers, then it won’t be ruined for you. But for those that are excited and want to read more of Julius, this snippet is for you!
As I mentioned there will be angst atop this fluffy story. Much more than I intended, but this is me we’re talking about so angst is a given with nearly every fic. But that aside I do hope you enjoy this angsty snippet for We’re Not Alone!
I will try and finish up chapters 1-3, or at least 1-2 before publishing so I have a little leverage to jump off of. Anyway, rambling over, I hope you enjoy!
After her words fall and her story ends, Marcus' grip on her tightens, the anger and frustrations boiling under his skin as the realization of his failure as a husband had once again started to set in. He can't go back and change anything. All he could do was hold back his own tears. He wasn't there for her when she needed him. Again. Something could have happened while he was away from work. Again. He didn't protect her when she needed protecting. Once more Marcus had failed his duty as a husband, as the man who loved Julie. He wasn't there to keep her safe.
"Why didn't you tell me sooner?" Is all he can ask, his voice wavering as he breaks the uneasy silence.
"I don't know. We- we've been doing so great and I... I didn't want to ruin it." Marcus' head snaps up as he looks at Julie. Even with her head down he knew she meant every word. To her she did the very thing she resented him for. To her she cheated in their marriage but Marcus knew the truth. Gently he reaches out to cup her cheek and lifts her chin until he can gaze into her eyes.
"Julie," he pleads. "This won't break us. You didn't cheat."
"I-I kissed someone else!" She croaks, her tears finally filling. "I-"
"You didn't do it willingly and it wasn't repetitive." He reassures, his heart pounding in his chest as he watches his wife's panic take over her. Her greatest hatred in the world, the very thing he did to them, she feared she may have done the same. "Jules, what happened wasn't your fault! It's his."
She sniffles but nods as she tries to accept his words. A task that wasn't so easily done. Knowing the torment of shame and guilt was still tearing into her mind, Marcus pulls her off of the stairs until she was in his lap and peppers little kisses along her face. Murmuring sweet things into her ear until he feels the tension release.
"I love you." She mutters, and he almost doesn't hear. "I never wanted-"
"I know, babe. I love you too." He holds her tight, wishing that the world would get easier for her. That life wouldn't be so cruel.

Here is that new Aesthetic for the new WIP for Iwbw!
(No title yet!)
Just when Marcus and Julie begin to settle down into the blissfully fulfilling new chapter of their lives, another storm brews. Will the appearance of Marcus's old mistress destroy what they rebuilt? Or will the news Michelle brings tear them apart once and for all?
Tbh I'm about to give up when I say "I don't think I'll write more than this." Or "I only plan on writing this one fic but we'll see how it goes." I always end up writing at least 3-10 stories lmao
Thank you again to @ohsupernaturall because they keep giving me inspiration to continue writing for out tiny fandom and little Julius ship from IWBW!
