Let’s stop holding conversations about what we are not doing and what we should rather be doing if we haven’t been asked! Many people are struggling with self esteem issues, anxiety about failure, feeling overwhelmed! Everyone is entitled to get on their own journey and whilst they are at it, they won’t necessarily tell you the hardships they encounter. They just get on with it. Let’s encourage intimate conversations about what we are doing, but most importantly, let’s ask if we are happy doing it and support each other, full stop! Everyone has their own individual level of pressure. Respect that! Stop judging! And stop thinking you know what’s good for them.
