The Hostess at THE BIRDCAGE is Meryl Streep's personal make up artist and won the Best Make Up Oscar last year for IRON LADY.
"The Looks They've Created," showing each movie J. Roy Helland has ever done Meryl's hair and makeup. . . so basically every movie she's made since 1982.

Roy was very offended that the stagehands had all these naked posters of women everywhere, with their tits and ass. So in his room, he mounted posters of, like, gay porn. I had never seen anything like this in my life."

Urgh!
Why is there all this hate for The Iron Lady because it won best make-up? Sometimes, people just want something simple! It took me a while too realize while watching the film she actually had prosthetic's in some parts. It was natural and had the ability for you to be able to see Meryl through it, yet see Margaret Thatcher too. It deserved the Oscar and the BAFTA because people enjoy the natural and simple things in life.
I think she is more happy for Roy than she is for herself.
I forgot to say his name, all because of my fucking shoe.
Meryl Streep-Talking about forgetting J Roy Helland.
