Punn is such a himbo/golden retriever character and that's exactly the kind of man Ashi needs and deserves.
Ashi has always had high walls around him because of his celebrity status and he's an intelligent guy. He has to be to survive people trying to take advantage of him in this industry.
Punn, being the loveable himbo/golden retriever that he is, isn't booksmart (I say this with love). But what he lacks there he makes up for in emotional intelligence, empathy, and kindness. And Ashi recognizes Punn's straightforward, simple nature. There's already a lot of underlying security and trust felt by Ashi just because Punn is Punn (only took a little nudge from our chaotic wingman to make Ashi actually look at Punn to see this).
Ashi doesn't have to worry about Punn because Punn is so sweetly obvious with his motives while also trying hard not to overstep Ashi's boundaries. And already Punn is slowly but surely creating a safe and secure comfort zone for this King.
