I stayed on track all through the week, the weekend was tricky but I managed it.
Meal prepping is absolutely exhausting and expensive. I say that, its bittersweet because I honestly enjoy doing it...I know the benefits so I totally understand WHY I am doing it but actually getting motivated TO do it ... whole different game.
Down 10lbs but not getting overly excited because I believe its water weight, not drinking margaritas and beer just about every night and not eating out will do that for you. I have to get my life together.
The wods were good last week but by friday I was feeling a little beat up. Sunday as a rest day was amazing because I could feel my body breathing a little. Does that make sense? Like I wasn’t always tensed up for training. I have to get more veggies, meal prepping this week was tough because I was short on vegetables so I only prepped through wednesday. My body is responding well, I DO MISS pre workout but I am glad I haven’t given in to using it.
I wish I could be one of those women who doesn’t have to think so much about everything they eat, but I am. WELL here is to another week, and another breakthrough!
Body goals: down 6-8 more lbs
Training goals: Run 5 miles, wear my vest at least twice this week, and double up on work.
