Jack Howl is a first-year at Savanaclaw; cold and stern, he's seen as a misfit amongst the rest of his dorm for his straight-laced attitude. He isn't seen much at the dorm, preferring to spend time in the library or on the track, constantly working to improve himself— both physically and academically.

Jack may seem a bit cold and off-putting at times but please don't take anything too seriously— he's a bit of a tsundere. However, please tell me if things get too much.

Jack will also not be strictly canon compliant as I have a few hcs/interpretations that I'll abide by (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و ₊˚♡

My blog will be set vaguely post-book 3, and consequently, his betrayal of Savanaclaw has already happened. While based in canon, I'm taking it up a notch with how Savanaclaw interacts with Jack post-betrayal and how he deals with essentially being a social pariah in his dorm. Wolves are pack animals, after all…

[Miras wandered around the school’s fields, needing time to think and get some fresh air. While preoccupied with his own thoughts someone, who was running at an incredibly fast pace, bumped into him. He couldn’t see who it was, just a flash of white hair but he could tell they skidded to a stop to apologize.]

[His ears pricked up when he recognized the voice of his fellow dorm-mate and first year; Jack Howl. Miras stood up, brushing himself off and shaking his head.]

“Oh…no. Don’t apologize, ‘s my fault for not looking where I was going.”

Jack doesn't waste a minute to stand up, brushing over his track shorts with large sweeping motions. He knew instinctively he wasn't hurt-- he's taken worse stumbles when playfighting with his siblings-- though he couldn't say the same for others.

It was someone from his year, he could recognize, though the other's name eluded him.

"Don't really see how that's fair. Both of us weren't lookin' where we were going." He grunts out, turning a critical eye at the other first year. He didn't seem hurt, but looks could be deceiving...

"… You good?"
