Where do I start watching robron?

It really depends, but for me I'd say start watching with Robert's return in 2014. You can watch that here. Once you've watched everything on that playlist you're going to wanna watch start watching from here. There might be a small amount of cross over, make sure you check the dates. You can watch right up until Robert's departure in 2019.

Then honestly it depends how big a fan you are of them individually. Either you can catch up with what's happening with Aaron over here. It's not a playlist, but the channel uploads Emmerdale content, and has Aaron's storyline post robron, all you have to is search his name. If your not that fussed, than you can just start up again from here and read about what happens. Aaron's wiki is pretty update tbh.

What do you think of the Aaron/Jackson relationship? Or Jackson Walsh as a character?

the storyline was incredible in the sense that it changed so many people’s lives with aaron coming out — especially during that era and because he was a guy who wasn’t stereotypically gay / camp, so it was subverting expectations which i think is brilliant

did i like jackson? meh. sometimes i did, i thought they had some lovely moments and some great banter but it was all a bit intense. aaron was 18 and freshly out, just off the back of a suicide attempt, and i think it was a lot for him. like he shouldn’t have felt indebted to jackson because he couldn’t say he loved him — the poor lad had been through hell his whole life, he probably had no idea what love was back then

i watched this storyline as it played out back in 2010/11 as a 7/8 year old and i remember crying over it a lot. probably because i fancied aaron and was devastated that he was gay lmao. no but also because of how tragic it was. i felt really sad for jackson because he was so young and to want to die at that age in any circumstances is awful but in his it was obviously so much worse…

mostly i like that he softened aaron’s character and showed him that it was okay to be gay and to show love because he has so much to give. and i personally think aaron’s self harm storyline off the back of jackson’s death and in all the years since is one of the best running concepts in emmerdale and danny tackles it beautifully every time
