it's just a practice prompt: doesn't count. there's the new one today. which you also don't have to do. more in June. skip them all & perfectionism remains untarnished. only july counts. that's my final ruling, 100% selfish bc I want all the fic

Now, see, this time last year I might have believed you when you claimed that. But then they got to the end and gave out points for completing the warm-up prompts. If they don’t count, why are they awarding points for them, hmm?

I keep thinking I should try to contact this person somehow, tell them to change the email address, but haven't yet worked up the energy to figure out how Pinterest's interface works.

Also! Let's talk for a sec about the history of Eric Carle himself in relation to Steve. Carle's family was German, and although he was born in New York, he was in Germany during WWII. In fact, his father was drafted into the German army, and he was conscripted himself by the German government to work on the Siegfried line. If Steve didn't feel some kind of emotional connection to Eric Carle, I would be stunned.

Yes! This is important and something I should have clarified.

There are so many strains of Judaism and they all do things differently and there's no right or wrong way to do it.

As an idea of how formal my family's Judaism is, I should clarify that when I called my mom to ask she said she was thinking she'd just do lunch on Thursday instead of dinner because it would be easier for my grandmother, so I will be home in time for the show and this story has a happy ending. BUT IT WAS REALLY UPSETTING IN THERE FOR A WHILE.
