Jake is part of a story I affectionately call "SPACE ADVENTURES" mostly bcos I cant think of a different name ❤

ANYWAY it follows Jake Isaac, a 23 yr old dude working a dead end job at a tourist trap diner in Roswell, New Mexico. He's been a foster kid his whole life, never sticking around for too long in one place, and as far as he can see it, he has no future.

That is until one night, he's abducted by aliens. A 12 year old alien princess named Hawke, and her guardian/royal scientist, Dr. Anatoly. Their homeworld was recently invaded and taken over by an alien warlord, while they managed to escape. They tell him they've travelled across the galaxy to find him, bcos he's destined to find the key to stopping the warlord. (They're. Wrong, but thats a spoiler lol)

Along the way, they meet all sorts of aliens and explore new worlds!

Oh, also, Jake is an alien experiment that was attempting to alter genetic makeup to see if they could successfully integrate into humankind completely undetected. Very shortly after little baby Jake was actually deployed to earth the project was shut down and he was abandoned w no guidance. But he doesn't know that ofc 😔

Its inspired by starwars, the gotg comics, and like. A lot of little random webcomics i read in middle school

Teya is from Deer Hollow Dr (formerly known as 'Of Ghosts and Macaroni'), another story from my twisted mind 😈

It follows Teya Hallows, a 13 yr old transgirl who is a psychic medium and facing the horrors of 8th grade, and her best friend/older brother figure/legal guardian, Gator Perez (19), an absolute dork librarian with questionable music taste

Upon discovering that Teya can see and talk to ghosts, the two decide to start investigating their town, trying to get to the root of why there's just. So many fucking ghosts in their town??

During their investigations they discover dark secrets, unlikely friendships, and the terrible truth hidden in the heart of their town... (its ghosts. Its just more fucked up ghosts)

I swear the UK has a factory where they are pumping out these men with these captivating voices. I must admit I solely clicked on this song for India Arie because fave, but Jake Isaac starts the song off and I’m immediately intrigued by his voice. His tone and voice remind of fellow British singer, Jacob Banks, just not as raspy. The song starts off so sweet and when India comes in with that soft, soothing voice, it just makes for a beautiful song. I’ve seen that Jake has been making music as far back as 2012 but he was most active last year as he released about 3 singles. This track is said to be the fourth single from his upcoming album, Honesty, that is due out sometime in March. I’ve become a sucker for this folk sound from the Brits so I’m definitely ready to hear what the rest of the project will sound like and who else he collabs with.
