context: i asked tarot to give me the answer of this reading based on a context where jake and this person already know each other and are in the flirting stage, going on dates etc..

his first reaction: the magician + the page of cups + 5 of pentacles + the moon + the tower + knight of wands + the hanged man in the end and 8 of swords on the bottom

that's honestly so adorable. the magician and the moon are saying to me he would pay attention to them very closely, pay attention to how they’re or portrating that fear. his first thoughts would basically be like "oh shit i need to do something, i think im supposed to do something" also with the magician staring the reading it's even possible that he would think they’re acting like they’re scared for him to get closer or to say that he'll protect them. but there's also restriction. he would be afraid of looking...corny yk? or that they would think he's acting out unecessarily, unsure of what they really want him to do. but there's a strong impulse of doing something with that page of cups and the tower. he wants to get closer, he wants to demonstrate some affection like getting closer or even saying something, wants to protect for sure. he would be paying attention them and even possibly wait for them to give him a sign that he should get closer, but the hanged man and the 8 of swords on the bottom are indeed saying that he wouldn't actually do anything at first, just look at them in a very discreet way and wait.

what would he say (if he would say anything): page of wands + the justice + knight of pentacles + the chariot + queen of wands + 7 of wands and + 2 of wands in the end + the moon on the bottom

he's still overthinking making moves with that moon on the bottom of the deck for sure but he still wants to do something, the impulse is still there and there's definetly some type of verbal action because of the amount of movement cards here. he would definetly ask if they're okay, or make a little joke to lighten the mood and with the page of wands and the chariot together i think he would also ask if them if they want to come closer to him or if he can get closer to them. the justice is also saying the he would pay a lot of attention to their expressions, their reactions specially towards him to manage the situation better, to see if your open for more contact, possibly say something more rational or thoughtful too like "you don't have to be scared, it's just a movie". the 7 of wands here tells me that he would also tell them that he'll protect them, that he wouldn't let anything hurt them or say something that would make them feel safer.

honestly, it all depends on how the other person will act and if he sees they want him to hug them, put them closer, he'll be watching them for sure. it will stress him out a little bit not to know what to do lol but he's definetly ready to show affection and that he cares (page of cups on the bottom) and that's what he wants to do. but overall, there's definetly verbal action and also there's at least a little bit of physical action like putting one of his arms on their shoulder, sliding a bit closer to them or slightly holding their hand. nothing too obvious before he gets visual consent from them but still a very protective and loving energy.
