Hi. I really love your readings and was wondering if you could do some kind of , “bad things” about enhypen and bts reading. where you can kinda see what their shadow sides are? After the whole jaeil thing, I’m terrified now.
THE SHADOW SIDE OF ENHYPEN.
p.s — whether you believe it or not, we all have a shadow side. yes, even you. this is all allegedly for entertainment purposes only :). i just read the cards. also, this reading drained tf outta me im ngl but I understand as a 127 die hard the pain. so I had to
keywords / delusional, manipulative, impulsive, selfish, will-do-anything-to-win
The Magician (Reversed), Page of Cups (Upright), Knight of Wands (Upright) Overall energy: The Star
heeseung has a habit of being whoever he has to be to get what he wants. his manipulative tendencies are rooted in the way he views the world. the page of cups tells us he has a very child-like way of thinking and wanting things—like, “if i feel it, it must mean something,” and “nothing is impossible.” but obviously, he’s an adult and knows there are boundaries… he just doesn’t really care. he’s the type to believe you can get whatever you want, you may just have to lie, or manipulate, or wear a mask to do it. the knight of wands adds recklessness—he doesn’t stop to think about the aftermath. and sometimes the magician reversed shows someone nobody actually knows, because they’re never showing their true self. they’ll literally become whoever they need to be to get what they want from you. and the star as the overall energy, this is his fame being his anchor. he knows everyone around him puts him on a pedestal and it seems like it gets to his head sometimes. he abuses that view.
keywords / sharp-tongued, emotionally detached, power-hungry, entitled, crash-out temper
Three of Pentacles (Upright), Queen of Swords (Reversed), Six of Pentacles (Reversed), King of Wands (Reversed) Overall energy: Five of Cups
in simple terms, jay is a crash out, and also can be an asshole sometimes. if you pay attention closely to how enha talks about him, this isn’t a secret lmfao. i don’t think jay dislikes being in a group, but I do think it can be hard to work with him because he has a very strong personality. kow reversed is … a lot. very arrogant, has a huge ego (which leads to a bad temper when tested) and constantly needs to be in control. obviously Jay isn’t the leader, but I feel like there are times where he tries to play leader because he feels his opinion is the best. he doesn’t always like playing second fiddle. he doesn’t like being wrong. kow has to be in control or else he feels like he’s gonna lose it. the qos reversed says that his words cut deep and he often says mean things without remorse. in his mind, it’s the truth so take it or leave it. i notice people who are cut throat like this were talked to this way as a child, so it’s possible this literally his normal. but he can hurt your feelings without thinking twice. very emotionally detached and cruel way of talking to people/handling his emotions sometimes.
keywords / survival mindset, status-obsessed, unclear communicator, emotionally unavailable, possibly lies a lot
King of Pentacles (upright), Ace of Swords (reversed), Five of Pentacles Overall energy: Five of Cups
jake’s whole identity is rooted in material things, which may not seem like the worst thing in the world, but when money, status, and the finer things in life are all you care about…you can come off as very materialistic — and it can become scary how obsessed he is with having this image. he’s terrified of losing it all, so much so that he’s constantly hoarding. his mind also seems to be constantly jumbled. the aos reversed is a lack of clarity but I also get the energy that he may be a pathological liar in a sense? like have you ever met someone who lies all the time for seemingly no reason? i keep seeing that he’s so concerned with holding up the image of being rich and wealthy that even if he isn’t actually in this place, he will lie to make it seem like he is??? hard to understand im ngl that’s all I got.
keywords / seductive, emotionally manipulative, power-obsessed, addicted to validation, consumed by desire
the devil, king of cups, 6 of wands
sunghoon having the devil as a shadow card isn’t just like “oh he has toxic traits”… it’s bigger than that. this is someone who could be the toxicity. someone who’s bonded to darkness in a way that feels more dangerous than fixable. this isn’t the kind of trait where you just “talk it out” or set a boundary—it’s the kind that owns him. he could be the type to get addicted to control, to sex, to things that give him power over others. and when he feels like he’s losing that power? he might do things that are manipulative, obsessive, or cold just to get it back. in relationships especially, he might not know how to love without owning the person. and even if it’s subtle at first, it builds. it grows. this isn’t just someone who gets jealous—it’s someone who might need you to belong to him, and will punish you emotionally if you don’t. that’s not something you can fix with love. that’s something you run from. this could also represent him having addictions to things? unsure what though.
the king of cups here is interesting. the only way I can really interpret this as is being emotionally manipulative. the king of cups would be the best at this, because no king understands how emotions work better than he does, nor has such a balance between the heart and mind. you can either be a very emotionally mature person and do great things with this, or … manipulate people’s emotions. he may try to come off as very sweet and lovely and trustworthy when in reality he has ulterior motives. and the 6 of wands is someone who is addicted to praise and the spotlight. his fame may mean something to him that isn’t healthy. if he isn’t admired, he doesn’t feel right. this could also indicate him having a big ego and big ass chip on his shoulder due to how he’s praised by fans and others.
keywords / emotionally unstable, attention-seeking, insecure, self-pitying, image-focused, delusional, immature
King of Cups (upright), Five of Pentacles, Page of Cups (reversed) Overall energy: Nine of Pentacles (upright)
once again we have a koc as a shadow trait, but sunoo is a little different because of the contradicting cards that came out after. koc as we know is someone who is emotionally mature and has a great balance of his heart and mind. seen as very caring and a great person to lean on. i think that’s what sunoo tries to come off as to others. who he wants to be. but the 5op shows that it isn’t the case at all and he knows it. 5op is a card of someone who doesn’t always feel like enough. feeling isolated from others or like you don’t fit in. the poc is reversed, which is someone who is emotionally immature + unstable. he may have escapism tendencies. he’s idealistic to a detriment, which indicates that his koc persona is more of a way to charm people rather than his actual self. i do think he wants to be that mature, in control person, but he’s not. he’s not a bad person it seems, just isn’t as mentally mature as he tries to pretend he is.
keywords / impatient, reckless, pessimistic, hopeless, victim mentality, stuck in the past, stuck in his ways
Knight of Swords (reversed), Five of Cups, Eight of Swords Overall energy: King of Pentacles (upright)
jungwon’s shadow is pure impulsivity. the knight of swords reversed screams reckless energy—he doesn’t always think before he speaks or acts. especially when he’s mad, and I think he gets ticked off very easily. words in particular is something he’s very sensitive about, which in turn causes emotionally charged reactions instead of sitting with it. when he’s upset? he’s coming out swinging—no filter, no pause, just raw emotion spilling everywhere. he can be snippy and cut deep with no remorse or reflection after the fact. the five of cups, though, is what really sits at the root of his shadow. to me, that’s a card of depression. it’s like he’s always down, always disappointed, like nothing is ever good enough. he holds onto pain and grudges like they’re chained to him—every hurt, every betrayal, every loss. add the eight of swords, and it’s a cycle. impulsivity, reckless behavior, sadness, and then this overwhelming feeling of being stuck. like, “this is just who i am, nothing will ever change.” but the eight of swords is self-imposed. he’s not actually trapped—he just believes he is. therapy, facing his past, letting go of grudges—these would help, but i don’t think he’s at that place yet. right now, it’s pessimism. it’s stubbornness. it’s life-sucks energy. he thinks this is just the way it is, and that mindset keeps him stuck way more than life itself does.
keywords / emotionally resistant, unstable under pressure, poor boundaries, struggles with femininity or softness, can’t adapt to change
wheel of fortune (reversed), four of wands (upright), two of pentacles (upright)
ni-ki’s shadow doesn’t really hurt other people—it hurts him. the wheel of fortune reversed paints the picture of someone who feels like life is always working against him. like no matter how much he tries, things just never go the way he wants. he doesn’t trust change, he resists it, he spirals when it happens—quietly. the four of wands upright shows how much he clings to his sense of home, his people, his image of peace. he’ll do anything to maintain the appearance of stability, even if it’s crumbling behind closed doors. the two of pentacles reflects the toll that takes—he juggles too much, gives too much, stretches himself thin trying to hold it all together. but the empress? that’s the root. he’s a deeply loving, feminine, nurturing soul. and it’s to his detriment. he wants to be everything for everyone. he wants to be the soft place, the steady one, the person you can run to. but in doing that, he forgets himself. his shadow isn’t coldness or cruelty—it’s the quiet erosion of a boy who just loves too much.
