I've seen some people assume that Mr.House is going to get Cooper out of prison...

Since the end of season 2 I keep thinking the same but I have even crazier idea... I kinda believe he's the one who's responsible for Cooper being the Ghoul... like some fallout wiki notes say that somewhere there was a thing that people were recruited as ghouls... they were breathing some kind of liquid and then after being exposed to radiation became ghouls. I assume it might have been the only way to survive atomic explosions and find his family... I wonder if that's why he was ok after bombs were dropped and the final question is this - is Janey also a ghoul or Cooper hid her somewhere after all...

And if that would have been true Mr.House could definitely have found and provided such a weird liquid... or anyone else who knows

I once saw a caption on Instagram that said that Cooper probably wears the cowboy hat, not for the outlaw schtick, but so Janey recognizes him when he finds her and I don’t think I’m ever gonna get over that.

I find Barbara Howard a fascinating character in the dilemma of personal accountability vs pointlessly fighting the inevitable. On one hand she's working for and advocating for the company that will bring about the end of the world and kill billions, which is obviously wrong but on the other she's right that this is happening with or without her. At this point in with the state of the Fallout universe nuclear war is going to happen sooner or later no matter what she does, so is it the worst thing in the world to try to save her family?
