Parade of Nations - Japan

As per Olympic tradition, the host nation of a given Olympic Games enters last in the Parade of Nations. Japan formed its National Olympic Committee in 1911 and participated in its first Olympics as a country at the 1912 Stockholm Summer Olympics. They’ve hosted 1 Summer and 2 Winter Olympic Games and they’ve participated in 22 Summer Games and 21 Winter Games. The Olympic sports in which Japan has medaled are Archery, Athletics, Badminton, Baseball, Boxing, Canoeing, Cycling, Equestrian, Fencing, Field Hockey, Football (Soccer), Gymnastics, Judo, Kayaking, Sailing, Shooting, Skateboarding, Softball, Swimming, Synchronized Swimming, Table Tennis, Taekwondo, Tennis, Volleyball, Weightlifting, and Wrestling.
