31. Who is more affectionate? for Evie/Cullen?

In private, they both show their affections equally, with little restraint. They will gladly hold, kiss, and love one another at a moment’s notice. However, in public they are far from equal in their bids to show affection. 

Cullen is more subdued, believing personal matters should remain just that, personal and private. A lingering gaze, an adoring smile, a brush of their hands, a hand on her back: these are the ways Cullen shows his love for Evie when they are in public.

Evie, on the other hand, is not so restrained. She will enthusiastically throw herself into Cullen’s arms and kiss the breath from his lungs without a single thought for who might be watching. She has little regard for professionalism and propriety when it comes to showing her love for Cullen.

Cullen often makes half-hearted attempts to stop Evie when she gets carried away, but they are just that: insincere and born of ingrained military training. He absolutely adores that she is so free with showing her affection toward him. And while he can’t quite bring himself to initiate it himself, he will gladly accept any kiss Evie is willing to part with, no matter where they are or who’s eyes might be on them.
