💢WELLNESS DEBUT PREP COMING TO AN END💢 @jaycutlerdesertclassic was another one for the books. It was my second show competing in the Wellness Division. I can honestly look back at my prep for @jaycutlerdesertclassic and for @sampsonproductions and say I truly gave it my all. I didn’t skip a meal, I didn’t miss a workout and I didn’t miss any cardio. If something was wrong or happened, I always let my coach know. I want to Thank everyone for their support. I know a lot have asked how I did yesterday. I didn't place, but I can honestly say that I am very fucking proud of the improvements we have made in the year that @halliemarnon_ifbbpro have working together. I go into this off season more focused and determined to improve and grow. Is it going to be easy, nope, but I know this is something I have a passion for and ready to improve. Not going to jump into a national show yet, because again we have a lot of work to do. Now my prep is over and I get to be there to support my bestie during her prep for her pro debut. Still cannot get over this day 🥺. I was not as nervous as I was last year for my first show. I’m so thankful for @halliemarnon_ifbbpro for making me take a year off and grow as much as we did to be in these shows. I came to her over a year ago now, not knowing anything and needing help when I thought I could do it on my own. Well I was wrong and having her as my coach and now best friend has meant the world to me. . I really enjoyed this show, still nervous but had more fun and enjoyed the process more. I’m excited for 2 weeks at @jaycutlerdesertclassic and what we bring. I love this sport and I wouldn’t change my lifestyle for anything.
