Would JayKara Or JayDonna ever work? If it does, would it last like would it be their endgame?

I think both of these have the potential to be endgame, but Jaykara would have to be my pick.

Yes, Jaydonna have a lot in common, death and grief being the main points, but I don't think Donna would be cool with the murders. It's kinda like Gun Batman!Tim: in some universes, Donna ends up killing Diana and a lot of Titans because she's driven insane by her grief. She would see that in Jason, and it would be too triggering for her.

On the other hand, the Karate Kid situation would make it so Jason can't stand Donna, since she represents what he hates most about Bruce: placing your morals and no kill rule over saving lives. Killing Karate Kid would've prevented the death of BILLIONS, and nobody talks about that at all. That moment sticks with Jason and I 100% see him resenting Donna for it

Her closeness to Dick would also cause issues because I can definitely see her put in so many ultimatums unintentionally. But aesthetically, this ship is a 10/10. If Jason wasn't as stubborn and asshole like in HiC, then I could even see them becoming canon at one point or another.

Jaykara, though, is a ship I actually really like, because I think Kara more than anyone would understand Jason's pain. She lost her home, and everyone she knew, literally, and her only connection to the only life she knew is Clark, who, depending on the characterisation, is very controlling. She was a red lantern, she understands being angry at a world that passed on without her.

That being said, her losing the red lantern ring would make her the most suitable candidate to getting Jason the help he needs. Could also backfire and trigger Kara, but I don't really see that happening.

It's not an "I can fix him" relationship or a rebellious striking out. They're vibing. I could see jaykara connecting on a lot of things.

JayDonna: I like the idea of it. Dick does not.

JayKyleDonna: For three competent adults they leave the braincell behind with frightening regularity. Donna has to knock Jason and Kyle’s heads together a few times but it’s all good. All three of them do their best to spoil the others beyond all reason. Batman chants “it could be worse” to himself as a mantra on a daily basis. One day he’ll convince himself. The other lanterns think it’s hilarious/great. Diana is supporter #1. Dick is in blissful denial that Donna and Jason are in any way, shape, or form romantically connected. He ignores Kyle entirely.
