Translation: Jayce is saying that he's also to blame for the failure of their relationship (he was naive, exalted & rushed things with the tattoo and his romantic ideas) He thinks they should nurture their compatibility but he doesn't want their libido to blind them again. Now he's in control of his body and mind and he believes he's got a lot more to offer

Also the deal between Herald and Viktor is perhaps not just what it looks like. Herald might be more than just the front man and maybe Viktor is not in control of everything anymore... 🤫
