With my finished Grogu doll, he is now safely back with his father, Din Djarin. 😁 I took new photos just for the occasion.

this was a really fun pattern to work! The instructions were specific enough that the face didn’t turn out as derpy as my faces usually do 🤪
this is going to be a Christmas gift for a friend… I gave him a (non-handmade) Tails plush something like 16 years ago around when we first met, so this feels like a cute echo of that.
size 3 yarn, size C (2.75 mm) hook. This is all fancy yarn from the fancy yarn store so it was relatively expensive, but it really is just nicer than the cheap stuff, so it’s pleasant to treat myself when I can.
would you believe that before I made this, i had never actually noticed Sonic’s ears on top of his head? They’d always just blended into the hair/spikes for me, visually.
thanks for the awesome pattern, JBcrochetwizard!
Bonus: Sonic the Hed before adding the -gehog
Just watched the new trailer. Who else is excited for The Mandalorian and Grogu movie? 😃 I couldn’t help myself but to take more photos of my favorite crochet doll of Din Djarin, that I designed and meticulously crocheted in 2023. And he’s not complete without Grogu of course. ☺️
Helmetless Din Djarin doll measures 22.5” (57.15 cm) tall.
Grogu is 4.72” (12 cm) tall.
This Chimera is a mythological creature that consists of two main heads of a lion and goat, with a snake tail.

Group photo of my 23” tall Boba Fett and Din Djarin crochet amigurumis. These dolls are my favorite creations. 😍😍
Throwback of when I crocheted this Minecraft Creeper for a local commission in 2012. No pattern for it unfortunately. I also have no record on how tall the doll ended up being. But if I had to guess, it was probably around 18-20” tall.
Happy Star Wars Day! ✨
My love for Star Wars stems back to my childhood. I always enjoyed watching the original trilogy with my parents, my Dad was a Huge fan. He was also a strong supporter for my crochet art. Sadly, my Dad passed away in 2015 due to losing his cancer battle. I admit, I lost interest in Star Wars for about 8 years after his passing, dealing with my grief. That is until I got into The Mandalorian in March 2023. In the beginning, memories came rushing back but I was able to finally move past it and my love for the franchise was renewed.
I’m pretty sure my Dad would have loved the character Grogu, as his favorite character was Master Yoda. So I’m dedicating this post to my Dad. You will always be missed, forever and always. You are one with the stars. May the force be with you. 🥹
My first no-sew amigurumi pattern is now available! 🎉 Meet this adorable circus dog that likes to put on a show. 🎪 He is accompanied by his favorite striped ball.
Dog project measures 7.5” height and 6” wide (19.1 x 15.3 cm). Circus ball measures 10” circumference (25.4 cm).
