Connie figuring out bisexuality is a thing and that 'i thought everyone wanted to kiss their homies on the mouth from time to time' was a normal common human occurrence.

Several days later the conversation comes up middle gaming sesh. Sasha is on the floor with a half-eaten bag of cool ranch Doritos spilling from her lap. Connie has his socked feet on Jean's lap. Jean is taking a break from doom scrolling to adjust Connie's sock cos he's all twisted up, and he noticed and it was gonna bug him, so he Had to do something about it. Connie taking his SWEET time to pick who he wants to main in Mario Kart.

"Wait so, did you know?" Connie asking softly to Jean, as if Sasha could hear over her loud ass chewing.

"Know what?"

"Well, you kissed me back all those times. Just friendly stuff, right?"

Jean looking at him like my stupid summer sausage and takes a deep breath.

"Well, at first, I was going along with it cos it was you. You're like, one of my best friends and I figured maybe you were experimenting before you knew for sure." He shrugs and picks up his own controller, pretending to be invested in his character selection, but he already locked in. The two of them were waiting on Connie.

"Ooh..." Connie's thinking now. Jean can see the gears turning. He puts the controller down, gently lifts Connie's feet and moves them off to the side, gets up onto his knees and crawls forward and kisses Connie. He settles back down, taking his feet back into his lap like nothing happened. At this point, Sasha turns to face them and starts shouting at Connie to make up his mind so they can start the game and a why are you blushing for good measure.
