Believe me, dearie, I'd copy over the whole work, were it feasible. It's... well, it's almost terrifyingly accurate, so much so that one has to wonder whether its author was writing from experience, and not from imagination.

Because I don’t give a shit about calling people out...

Don’t work for JME. Don’t volunteer for JME. 

If you want details as to why, I have personal tales as well as plenty of former staff, volunteers, and performers who have even more horrendous stories.

Just prefacing what I’m writing: I generally don’t publicly wade into scene drama. 

A well-known event producer and posted a call for new people to be staff at their events. I’ve worked with this producer previously, and wanted to offer my perspective and recommendation. 

Don’t do it. Just don’t. I can’t stop people from helping them, but I can share my experience.
