It was here I picked up (and of course signed 🖋) a copy of this novel. Being an ardent fan of the Kane and Abel series, I was super excited to read this. His trademark of being an excellent storyteller, my feeling were a bit mixed on this one. I felt a bit conflicted and confused at times with the parallel stories, and the ending was a bit abrupt.
