Yes, podfics are a thing! AO3 e.g. has a podfic tag and people post a link to the recording in the story. Last time I looked there wasn't much Doctor/Rose stuff though...

David's Tea makes a tea called Mother's Little Helper, and it's fantastic. It'll knock you right out, and it's really tasty! There's valerian root in it, along with a bunch of other relaxing things. c:

Naturally, when I read “David’s Tea”, I thought you were getting ready to tell me something about Tennant.  What does that say about me as a person?  O.O

Anyway, thanks for the info, Nonny!  I’m gonna have to google it.  I’m not much of a tea drinker, but I do enjoy it on occasion.

Oooh, interesting idea!  XD  I actually wondered that about the hourglass one as well, so the fact that you noticed it kinda confirms my suspicions.  It’s also a lot older, and there are things that bother me about it.  I still love the design and imagery, but I’ve actually been considering a redo, so it might not be the best choice for that reason alone.

I wondered if he got much recognition for MAAN.  I mean RII was huge, but it was also RSC, and seemed to get a lot more press.  Plus the NY run.  But, like you said, he’s seen the Richard pic before, which might be fun for him to see it in this context.  I dunno.  Hmm...

Exactly.  I worked exclusively in traditional media for ten years before I ever picked up a digital pen.  And the thing people don’t seem to understand about digital tools is that when it comes to fundamentals, it doesn’t make things any easier.  The perks you get working digitally are extras, like being able to adjust colors, or working in layers, or being able to undo when your pen slips.  Great, useful shortcuts, but the basics--form, perspective, proportions, values--none of that is magically easier.  You still have to know how to draw, and that starts on paper.

You are much more polite than me.  I am completely opportunistic about who gets an earful of whatever I happen to be into at that moment.  LOL!  XD  I don’t mind being the recipient, as long as it’s not condescending.  I love the exchange of information, but when someone is doing it to sound smarter than you or to make you feel stupid, that’s what bothers me.  That probably goes without saying though--I mean, who likes that??  LOL!  Hopefully I don’t come across that way, ‘cause I’m literally just fascinated by random crap that most people (apparently) don’t care about.  LOL!

I agree very much with this assessment.  It’s one of the things that bothers me about people who claim asexuality isn’t real.  It makes me feel like I’m less important or less valuable, or like my existence “doesn’t count”.  But I appreciate writers who are willing to write relationships that don’t always end up at the altar or in the bedroom.  Not all relationships belong there.  That doesn’t make them less important.
