Ha didn’t realize I had a word limit - anyway, here’s the link if you can view it outside Canada (https://www.nfb.ca/film/lady_fishbournes/), it cracked me up as a tween in the nineties when I first saw it. (And j realize as well that I always misremember the title - it’s Lady Fishbourne)

For a bit I tried walking to my appointments (they were few and far between, it was summer, and it wasn’t a far walk), but I don’t know if it helped with the anxiety on the way, or if it just wasn’t a super anxious time for me. Anyway, that’s by the by, I hope driving becomes easier. Do you have some good tunes? And it actually is a quote, but somewhat obscure - it’s from a 1976 National Film Board (of Canada) short called Miss Fishbourne’s Guide to Better Table Manners
@jenni-snake, thank you for the answers! When I googled it, the results were... kind of all over the place, so I appreciate that you let me know! I’ll have to look into the movie. Walking can definitely clear the head, so I’d imagine that was a helpful trip. I usually just listen to the radio when I drive alone/to appointments because it helps me feel more connected to the outside world. Curated playlists are, for me, more useful for housework/busywork things. What type of music do you like to listen to (while driving/walking)? Mostly with driving, it’s the dual aspects of “pay attention to the road” and “pay attention to the signs on the road” that have to happen in real time that get me. I get lost painfully easily, haha. Thanks to online maps and written directions, though, I’m getting much better at keeping on track! Thank you again for your replies!
