Funny I don't think I've drawn anything of this specific dynamic yet lol but I've rambled about it before! It's squad leader J (pre-series events, unredeemed), and my self indulgent vision where she motivates/rewards N with sex stuff... which sure does maximize his efficiency but also J's like in denial she's just lonely and repressed and wants some sweet, sweet sexual healing, that N is just stupidly good for because he's also lonely and repressed and is eager to do anything for his (weirdly hot) boss.

I guess I imagine in this context J uhh didn't really intend the "reward" to be this crazy N kinda got lost in the sauce, she COULD tell him to hit the brakes... but there's something shamefully hot about it being taken this aggressively by her loyal idiot...

This is so stupid but how I like to picture this crazy dynamic going between them is that J was totes giving N those "rewards" behind V's back, and N doesn't know any better he thinks V would fuck an icicle over him, but J DOES know how V feels about him and how her distance towards is a painful necessity to her. J is equal opportunity selfish towards her subordinates though so she pulls that shit anyway. V FLIPS when she finds out. This is me liking my ship ~ drama ~ I think it's hot as fuck lmao

in any case though like, after the drama settles, N really doesn't know why suddenly V craves him carnally, she doesn't actually tell him the truth about anything... but she cannot stand to be simply cucked by J so she's just now having weird emotionally cold sex with him (Ankha animation vibes, you know the one. oh yeah baby. bet you never considered envy in this flavor), or they're just having threeways (fwiw I think prior to all this J and V probably got it on sometimes out of mutual desperation and maybe on and off galpal feelings but way too tense of a situation to go actually anywhere with it especially for V).
