@sableflynn got me this Indian snack food cookbook as a Secret Santa gift (along with AMAZING coffee) and today I cooked three recipes out of it!

Shakarkandi Chaat (sweet potatoes and starfruit), jhal muri (peanuts and puffed rice with peanuts and vegetables), and peanut chaat with tomatoes!

So so so so good. Oh my gosh.

Snack food dinner is the best dinner.
