shadowhunters social media : inside jace’s phone (jimon)
Jimon, 9😊
Simon was always up to something. Despite being Raphael’s new advisor, Simon still managed to spend a lot of time at the Jade Wolf with Luke. He didn’t mind spending time with Raphael, but it was nice to almost be out in the open, opposed to in the dark hotel where it always felt like night time. Plus, he could be around someone who reminded him of his family, since he couldn’t go see his mom. On top of that, Clary visited a lot ; and with Clary, came Jace. They had never gotten along, but after training and becoming stronger, and the more Jace came around with Clary to visit him, the two finally loosened up around each other.
However, the Jade Wolf wasn’t always the safest place to be. Especially during a threat. Especially during the middle of the day, making it impossible for time to leave without having enough cover. And when the Jade Wolf is being attacked -- escaping isn’t that easy. Simon, though. Simon was never good at making decisions on the spot. All he knew was he had to do something. Jace and Clary should be outside with the by now, right? Probably. Simon found a blanket, wrapping himself burrito style before making the, stupid, conscious decision to sprint to the sun.
Simon was sure he was dead when he couldn’t see the vans tires on the ground, feeling the sun sneaking through the blanket that served as his protection. Suddenly, hands were on his shoulders, pulling him into the back of the van. “Jesus, Simon!” The voice was Jace’s, pulling the blanket away from the vampires face to make sure he was okay. “I’m fine, it’s fine! It was a great plan! I knew you’d be here!” Simon grinned, blankets still around his shoulders, making it increasing difficult for Jace to be mad at him because of how cute and hopeful he looked. “Don’t you ever do that again! Ever! You promise?” Simon’s heart-eyes must have intensified, because Jace made this face. “I promise.” Simon responded, wrapping himself in the blankets more, making Jace smile.
"Good. Stupid vampires.” Jace mumbled under his breathe, knocking his shoulder into Simon’s, and staying there. He wasn’t sure when he became so found of him, but he wasn’t complaining.
