His Favorite Seat

Imagine a pocket-sized you making your way up a couch, grasping on the cushion before pulling yourself up. Once landing on a flat and soft surface, you pant heavily, having felt as if you have just overcome a large mountain. To your left, you notice a familiar pair of legs--ones you recognize as Seokjin’s--and you begin another treacherous climb, this time, the mountain being the height of Seokjin’s thigh.

You grip his jeans tightly, but just before you can make it up an inch, a large dark shadow covers the entire area and another pair of thighs threaten to squish you in your endeavors. Releasing your grip on Seokjin’s jeans, you fall back on the cushion of the couch. Glaring at the culprit who just stole your preferred resting spot, you shout at him, informing him of your “dibs” on the seat. Jungkook only flashes a small smirk and crosses his arms, slowly showing off his signature bunny teeth.

“First come, first serve.”

He leans his back on Seokjin’s chest, and the latter can only flash you an apologetic smile. If there’s one thing in common you have with the annoying young bunny, it’s that you two share a love for Seokjin’s lap. You make grabby hands at Seokjin, telling him of your wishes to be lifted up to rest on the heaven that is his shoulders. Seokjin lays down his hand so you can step on it, and then places you on his left shoulder. You cuddle up against the older’s neck and sigh. For now, you have to make do with favorite spot number two.
