Jinx starter

A humming echoed against metal walls as jinx mumbled along to the lyrics of the music playing beside her while she put together more explosives for her arsenal of weapons.

You can never have enough, and extras are always helpful. At least in her mind.

The music just barely drowned out the voices calling out in her head, the task of welding metal and wires distracting her enough to almost not register how close they felt to her back.

"hm'mh mh .. and get jinxed!" She sang along to the music with humour in her tone towards that specific lyric, nodding along to the beat as her voice and the music echoed around the makeshift workshop.

She might in fact be so distracted she won't notice anyone entering just yet, her back to the door where she sat on her swivel stool at her desk.
