The sun was setting over the ocean, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink. JJ turned his head and saw Kiara approaching him. She had curly dark hair that bounced with every step, beautiful brown skin that glowed in the light, and warm brown eyes that sparkled with joy. She was wearing a green long sleeved shirt that matched her earrings, and a pair of denim shorts that showed off her legs.

Kiara sighed as she reached the end of the dock, where JJ was leaning against a wooden post. She wrapped her arms around him and hugged him tightly.

JJ hugged her back, feeling her warmth and her heartbeat. He smiled and kissed the top of her head.

"I thought you left."

JJ chuckled and looked into her eyes. "I wouldn't leave you."

Kie hummed in agreement and snuggled closer to him, resting her head on his shoulder. She felt his arm around her waist, holding her securely.

They turned their backs to the beautiful view, but JJ didn't care anymore. To him, Kie was more beautiful than any sunset. And he loved her, and she loved him too.

And this was what was meant to be - JJ and Kie wrapped in each other's arms, away from the rest of the world.

"I love you."

Kie looked up at him and grinned. "Getting sappy, are we?"

JJ kissed her forehead and grinned with her. "Maybe."

"Well then, I love you too." Kiara replied, tightening her grip on him.
