Woo! I've been busy since my last post! Spent quite a few hours at the gym and fueled myself well 75% of the time haha but that's ok, food isn't just fuel. It's also just down right amazing. Working in a kitchen is tough because I'm surrounded by food the whole time, and none of it is good. No one can control having delicious food in front of them and not taste it. I never really eat a whole portion of anything at work, but I do take 2 or 3 bites of things as I cook them or as they're ordered. But I've been getting out of work so late the last few nights that I don't even want to eat, but I know I should eat something before bed, though what I really need to work on is drinking water. I just hate having to pee in the middle of the night! Anyway. This was supposed to be a post about how I love smokin a bowl before I workout and how it really pumps me up and makes me excited but I'm a lil baked already and look what happened.
