fitness update!
guys, I have been consistently going to the gym every week, at least 4 times a week, SINCE JUNE. I try to do 30-60 minutes of cardio (bike has been my go-to, I burn about the same in an hour as if I were running because I put it on level 13/random hills). Then I follow my cardio with 30 minutes to an hour of weight lifting of a specific muscle group (e.g. leg + butt day, tri’s and chest, biceps and shoulders, back day) and abs are every day I go to the gym.
Some changes I’d like to incorporate:
more cardio - I want to accelerate my fat loss
more abs + more butt days - these guys need consistent love.
cleaner and more complete nutrition, with lesser calorie intake - i love food and know when I’m overeating. I want to decrease sugar intake, but I’m looking up daily nutrition values to get an idea of what decrease is the proper decrease. otherwise I do a good job with nutrition. More vegetables should probably be a thing.
