Okay so first of all. Big woman. Bigger man. I think Teth would like give very very subtle hints that she wants to cuddle. small poke, staring from across the room, shuffling closer slowly. Ayin would probably notice pretty early on and give her a nice hug n cuddle

teth purrs for sure we got that established. what if she also couldnt handle noise when falling asleep. she needs white noise. ayin used to snore but now he doesnt bc of that

i don't have much... i have some solo ones bcs i talk abt the elders with my friend a lot

honestly bc of this fic (samekh-centric), i think teth communicates best through their creations, so they've helped with crafting equipment specifically used by the elders. like samekh's prosthetics and tsadi's weapons. then i proceeded to go on a 10 minute crash out because tsadi's weapon is almost thrice teth's height. a very "(presents trinket) for you." kinda guy to me

being the tinker they are, they have a lot of pride over their work. i'm not familiar with the Darkstone lore beyond the forest cutscene that shows that teth knows how to work with them.

being the tinker they are pt2., it makes sense why they seemed restless when the skykid meets them. restless at their darkstone not coming together, grabbing the light before the chance slips through them again, and successfully repairing said darkstone

speaking of restless, i feel like teth is always busy busy busy dreaming of concepts or messing with spare materials if not inventing to supply demand. they have to be convinced to rest, if not, they'll be daydreaming

following concept art, teth's hair is naturally very thick and gets easily tangled. they either style it like in-game, or tie it loosely back while working.

ayin

my friend and i had a whole discussion on whether or not ayin has parkour skills. conclusion is probably yes. but seriously, i think they've experienced riding the bigger mantas before.

i think they visit prairie peaks the most and sanctuary islands the least. prairie peaks has a lot more areas to walk through compared to the archipelago, and i don't think they're the biggest fan of swimming. also butterflies!!!!!!!!!!

i think they initially taught some civilians in how one should care for the creatures in prairie, particularly mantas and manatees. over time, the knowledge passed on,

and their main responsibility was maintaining light distribution across the islands and caves. they may be a butterfly keeper based on the countless jars found in their temple, but those jars could have also been used for the people, at least based on the murals the skykid finds.

unlike teth who's heavily involved with their people, i think ayin's the type of leader to let their people be for the most part. they do enjoy helping out when times call for it, but they're mostly seen looking after the creatures.

ayin has definitely found teth sitting high up at forest clearing several times. those chance interactions are what make them bond semi-frequently.

teth feels most at home with ayin, ayin feeling the same especially since they're technically neighboring civilizations. ayin assists with teth's care for the creatures, particularly jellyfish. i find it silly that both realms have bells that call for mantas and jellyfish respectively. teth assists with infrastructure endeavors over at prairie when time allows it.
