tell us about your oc skunk!!! i love hearing about other people's funky little dudes

TELL YOU ABOUT SKUNK OKAY I CAN DO THAT!

skunk is just a little guy. he's trans, 22, is the drummer of the folk band bathtub cigarettes (here are some little character write ups i did on the rest of the band). his band mates are his best friends and they share a house together! they play shows out of their basement and garage often (here's a little write up i did on their house!). skunk is just a silly little dude. he loves making people smile and laugh. he tends to ignore his own feelings and needs in order to help others. like he's for sure the trope of he would give the shirt off his back if it helps someone.

he has a pet opossum named tofu that he found in a dumpster and then domesticated. she's just a silly little girl and loves hanging out on his shoulders.

skunk smokes newport menthols and his favorite beer is hamms. he for sure is an alocholic like ... everyone in bathtub cigarettes could keep up with the gang as far as their drinking goes.

skunk skateboards and he loves it! that boy does not know what a helmet is or what pads are so he is constantly getting injured and just coping. you know he does not have health insurance.

he works part time at a record store! that's where most of his income comes from because the band isn't exactly profitable.

bathtub cigarettes focuses on a lot of left leaning politics for their music. they often host different protests or rallies. most of their songs have the theme of "i'm trans and i'm pissed off that the government sucks".

the band crafts together often !!! every week they have craft time and they all gather into the living room and each work on their own little projects.

the bathtub cigarettes house is an absolute mess at all times.

maybe they cast him specifically because he has such a "nice" face. like to throw people off. if he looks evil from the start it's not gonna be as much of a shock when he turns out to be a Garbage Person (also have you ever seen Luther? bc idris elba is v good at playing a morally grey asshole in that)

i never got around to watch luther (i know i should, i’ll get there eventually) which is probably why i can’t understand the elba=asriel thing you’ve got a point, though personally i didn’t like asriel from the very beginning - i mean goddamn it the girl saves your goddamn life and you never express any sort of gratitude to her, you aristocrate fuck
