Weird thing about going hard with strength training at the gym has been my body (and my posture! Oh my god) feels so much stronger and better than it has in a long time, but I do also constantly have muscle aches from whatever muscles I've been focusing on lately. If this is the new normal it's a trade I'm happy to make but it is interesting

I was at comic con today and snagged a pic with Neil Newbon! He was rlly lovely, complimented my name (not the alias I have here haha promise I didn't just say I was "Bacon"), took the piccy and even had time to say thanks for stopping by despite staff rushing the poor guy.

Made the queue worth the wait although I had a really horrible endo flare and you can probably spot my little angry pooch of endo belly 😣.

11/10 experience!

However, when I got to see my photo I did realise the NHS has truly stripped my eyes of their spark... you can really tell Neil bloody loves his job on the other hand!
